The hip-hop mogul and influential Democratic Party figure was seen at a Miami golf course, in his first public appearance since the raids on his homes, which have drawn parallels to the infamous Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

As reported by TMZ, the Southern District of New York is extending its reach, issuing subpoenas to a network of corporations linked to Diddy. These include telecommunications companies and tech firms, with even aircraft operators being targeted in a sweeping collection of evidence.

Amidst this legal turmoil, Diddy has been divesting from major assets, including his shares in REVOLT TV, and returning music rights from Bad Boy Records.

TMZ reported:

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ subpoenas — all bearing Diddy’s real name, Sean Combs — were sent this week to various providers tied to the rapper, including his private charter jet, phone providers and computer companies.

We’re told the subpoenas were fired off by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York … which, as we’ve reported, is running the investigation.

Our sources say subpoenas will also be issued to commercial airlines, and possibly the FAA, just in case Diddy opted for commercial flights instead of his private jet.

As we reported, the feds’ goal here is finding out who flew on Diddy’s dime and where they went. They’re not only looking for alleged victims, but also any potential witnesses who could support or dispute allegations of human/sex trafficking.

What’s more … we’re told the subpoenas will enable feds to gather more intel about the nature of Diddy’s involvement with those various businesses.

There are also claims that Diddy has been operating as a confidential informant for the FBI, a role that might have afforded him protection from legal repercussions for his actions over the years.

Surveillance Footage Exposes Polling Place Manager Bringing Blank Ballots into Lorain County Bar on Eve of Election, Investigation Underway

The integrity of the election process in Lorain County, Ohio has come into question after a polling place manager was captured on surveillance footage transporting blank provisional ballots into a local bar.

The Lorain County Board of Elections, the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), and the Ohio Secretary of State have launched a full investigation into the incident, Cleveland19 reported.

The video from the MAHD House Bar & Grille, which has since gone viral, clearly shows the poll manager entering with bags and placing them inside a booth, only to leave them unattended while he enjoyed a meal.

The owner of MAHD House, James Tucker, expressed his concern upon realizing what the bags contained.

“After he ordered his dinner, he went over and started stuffing these bags which we could see in them they said ballot on it and I’m like that don’t look right,” Tucker told 19 News.

“I’m telling you, when I seen it, I went, ‘this does not look right,’” Tucker said.

“I mean, we’re right across the street from the Lorain County Board of Elections. I’ve been here seven years, ain’t never seen nobody bring no ballot bags in. I don’t know what just happened, but I’m a little nervous,” he added.

Paul Adams, the Board of Elections director, assured the public that the matter is being taken seriously.

“That was a great concern for us and one of the reasons why that person is no longer in that role and has been replaced and been removed from his position,” Adams said.

“We generally direct our poll workers to take those home, keep those safe,” he added.

The individual in question, identified as Mark Provenza, a Democrat and a former city law director and veteran poll worker, purportedly visited the bar, situated across the street from the Board of Elections, while waiting for a ride. The Board claimed that the seals on the ballot bags remained intact, ensuring no tampering occurred.

Iowa Department of Natural Resources was notified about the spill by fertilizer company New Cooperative after a massive amount of nitrogen fertilizer spilled into a drainage ditch connected to the Nishnabotna River.

New Cooperative told Iowa DNR officials that the spill stemmed from a malfunctioning valve in a tank storing liquid nitrogen fertilizer that had gone unnoticed for several days.

Iowa DNR officials shared, “DNR Fisheries staff documented the fish kill occurring in all 49.8 miles of the East Nishnabotna and Nishnabotna Rivers downstream of the spill.”

Bragg’s Office Says Trump Violated Gag Order with Social Media Post About Judge Merchan’s Daughter – Trump’s Lawyers Respond

Prosecutors in Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s office said President Trump violated Judge Juan Merchan’s gag order when he criticized the judge’s daughter on social media.

The far-left judge overseeing the Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ trial hit President Trump with a gag order on Tuesday.

Judge Juan Merchan ordered Trump to refrain from making any public statements about witnesses and jurors in the Stormy Daniels case.

Trump criticized Merchan’s daughter and now Bragg’s office wants the judge to “clarify or confirm” the scope of his gag order.

President Trump’s attorneys said the former president didn’t violate the gag order because Loren Merchan is not a witness or a juror.

“The Court cannot ‘direct’ President Trump to do something that the gag order does not require,” Trump’s lawyers Todd Blanche and Susan Necheles wrote to Merchan in a response to the prosecution’s letter, according to AP. “To ‘clarify or confirm’ the meaning of the gag order in the way the People suggest would be to expand it.”

Manhattan prosecutors suggested Friday that Donald Trump violated a gag order in his hush-money criminal case this week by assailing the judge’s daughter and making a false claim about her on social media.

The Manhattan district attorney’s office asked Judge Juan M. Merchan to “clarify or confirm” the scope of the gag order, which he issued on Tuesday, and to direct the former president and presumptive Republican nominee to “immediately desist from attacks on family members.”

In a letter to Merchan, Assistant District Attorney Joshua Steinglass argued that the gag order’s ban on statements meant to interfere with or harass the court’s staff or their families makes the judge’s daughter off-limits from Trump’s rhetoric. He said Trump should be punished for further violations.

The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is a far-left political operative who worked for the Biden-Harris campaign. The media has infantilized Loren Merchan in an effort to attack Trump’s First Amendment-protected speech.

President Trump on Wednesday said the daughter of the far-left judge who just hit him with a gag order in the Stormy Daniels ‘hush payment’ case posted a photo of him behind bars.

Trump called on NY Judge Juan Merchan to recuse himself after his daughter who represents “Crooked Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam “Shifty” Schiff, and other Radical Liberals,” posted a picture of him in jail.

An X account that Trump alleged belonged to Loren Merchan (The Gateway Pundit was unable to confirmed it was her account) posted a photo of Trump behind bars. The photo has since been changed to a picture of Kamala Harris.

The ADL Gears Up for More Censorship with ‘White Supremacist’ Report

The Anti-Defamation League is ramping up the hype for censorship as it has released its 'white supremacist propaganda' report.

The Anti-Defamation League, prepping for an incoming wave of censorship, released a report claiming that 2023 was the second year in a row to have a record high of “white supremacist propaganda incidents.”

The Jewish nonprofit said there was a 12% increase in incidents, totaling 7,567, up from 6,746. It also reported there was a rise in antisemitic propaganda to 1,112 from last year’s 852 claimed incidents.

Note that the ADL abides by the IHRA working definition of antisemitism, which includes anti-Zionist or anti-Israel sentiments. The NGO defined antisemitic propaganda as “language or symbols, targeted [at] Jewish institutions or both.” The ADL believes the surge in antisemitism to be attributed to the Oct. 7 Hamas attack but not Israel’s genocidal response.

ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt said in the report, “When conflict erupts in Israel, antisemitic incidents soon follow in the U.S. and globally.” He curiously doesn’t explain why that is, though.

“Anti-LGBTQ+ propaganda” saw a 141% increase, from 68 to 164, of which the ADL attributes all of that to “white supremacists.”

The Chinese Communist-controlled social media titan TikTok has begun a $2.1 million ad campaign attempting to unseat its critics from public office in the United States. The move is in response to recent legislation that would force the sale of the app to an American-controlled company, or failing that, ban it from the United States. Similar bans have taken place in India, with almost zero deleterious effects on previous users.

TikTok, a product of the China-based parent company ByteDance, enjoys robust popularity, particularly amongst young Americans. Their new ad campaign is set to claim that five million small business owners in America are now reliant on the Chinese Communist-controlled application. The campaign is slated to run through mid-April, as reported by CNBC News.

TikTok has confirmed television ad reservations in key battle states, including Nevada, Montana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, effectively holding U.S. politicians hostage using Chinese cash.Beyond these, the states of Massachusetts, Minnesota, and New York have been identified for the ad campaign as well, according to information from AdImpact reviewed by CNBC.
