the concept of 'anti something' is a projection onto others as if their opinions are meaningless because they can be called 'anti something' and thus to justify the inhumane way that those people shall then be treated to further the selfish and racist objectives of overlords of the group that it said to be the object of hate, but instead uses the excuse of that hatred as a reason to behave in a way that mirrors what they claim is being done to their group (but mostly is not) by others who disagree with the hedgmony and selfish self-dealing of the leaders of that group.
