He was, he might be white hat now though. But he usually gave good information anyways, just in the most ridiculous over the top ways that made sure people didn't listen to him.
An FYI on topic of ivermectin, if you have exactly the wrong combination of mutations in your nerve cells it can be dangerous to take. It's incredibly rare, like really rare, but starting off with a small dose my be a good policy.
