>restricted

What does restricted mean anyways?

The building has a lock?

The building has security guards?

The building has a weight or age requirement?

Who paid for that building? The taxpayers, therefor it belongs to the people, the same people who have the right to petition their government, to assemble, to free speech, and to express their religion.
