Constitution doesn't bind you, me or anyone else anon. Those 3 Constitutions bind the sub-contractors ie……… US Inc. who were contracted to provide services for the country. The Declaration of Independence is what we live under. The Bill of Rights tells these federal motherfuckers where their lane is, what they can do and what they cannot do. They are in gross breach of these contracts and should be held accountable.
Very interesting to say the least. Having watched this I'm wondering if a class action lawsuit by 1000's, millions, could be brought against the IRS, DOJ for fraud? Could this a RICO violation? I don't know. It's frudulaent and there are many actors. The fear and intimidation factor is big. BIG………does one risk everything you've worked your entire life for to go up against the entirety of the IRS, DOJ etal…………..?
It's a parallel with the State National scenario where you redeclare your political status taking you out of the Admiralty and Maritme jurisdiction of the sea and reestablishing yourself as a living man, woman on the land and soil.
The problem is simply this. You will be exactly right, on paper but at this point there is ZERO enforcement capability or mechinism that can, will compel any of these agencies to not only stand down but comply with the actual law nor are there any criminal penalties as deterrents that can be levied against any of these people or agencies. They have the guns, the courts, the very real capability to make your life a literal living hell on this planet.
This is the argument that I've made to Anna von Reitz. I' have thoroughly researched her work and she is damn right, to the letter. History, all of it. In her writings she demands this, that and again, she is exactly right. ON PAPER. But the argument I made to her is "what enforcement", the root word of which is "FORCE", do you have to compel these people, these agencies to abide, stand down and acknowledge your lawful positions and arguments? That answer is also simply, none.
She didn't like that too much and called me a coward. "You don’t grasp the efficacy and safety offered by recouping your birthright, which any sane man should do. You don’t grasp how effective (100%) these arguments are for those who do their homework".
Yea, well, what I do grasp is that I am retired, did well and I am not going to risk every fucking thing I've worked my entire life for only to have these fucking monsters come down on me like a ton of fucking bricks………………Just to make or prove a point.
When Anna has the power and the backing that can indict, charge, send "Enforcers" into these agencies, courts to arrest and put on trial, convict and punish these motherfuckers…………………………….?
I'll sit right where I am and consequently, I will not be holding my breath, waiting.
