Years ago noticed Massachusetts has a similar bay/eye (the opposite one, which is actually the Eye of Horus).
NOTE: the EYE OF SOROS image actually has the Eye of Ra to the right.
The Eye of Horus "looks like" an 'R'.
The Eye of Ra is a backwards 'R'.
Reminds anon of RH- blood, Ra Horus.
