I am going to try to explain everything in a plainclothes manner for wider understanding. Autists (for whomever might still be lurking here) can explain it in a more formal manner.

Our planet is currently undergoing a natural process that, when complete, will be devastating to inhabitants. It involves the solar cycle and the protective layers in our atmosphere, paired together with our magnetic strength.
Humanity did not engage it. Climate change is not applicable. It happens every so often (in geological time scales) whether or not there is anything here. Politics do not apply to what is coming.
Our planet’s protective layers are failing to protect us from the solar energy currently hitting us. We are being exposed to high (but not lethal/dangerous) levels of it and the byproduct of it is visible to the naked eye as an aurora borealis.
However, these bursts of energy should not be hitting us so hard. They are +- 90 percent weaker than ones that would be required to have our skies light up, but our weak layers are failing.
We are nearing the precipice of a pole shift, a moment in which the magnetic pull of our northern and southern poles exchange sides. The effect is not known, but some things are guaranteed. Electronics and electricity generation become null. Climate and our planet’s environment change immediately and violently. The survivability for our civilization is minuscule.
While a pole shift is guaranteed to occur, our solar cycle is proving to be a massive challenge as every hit we take further advances the shift above and beyond the timescale had they not hit at all.
There is a plan to save the world.
Some of us have seen this outcome and have begun preparations to preserve as much as possible, including human life. It has been a multinational collaborative effort and it has been proven daunting and challenging.
To maintain our power systems, major infrastructures have been modified to maintain operability when the electrons are no longer operating in the conventional manner expected in a standard north-south polarity.
Most grid upgrades were done under the umbrella of national security.
Personal devices for those within the continuity of government have been designed and shipped from major tech corporations to operate after polarity has been flipped.
US military, collaborating in a multinational operation with foreign states and corporations under national security have been working tirelessly to create habitable zones underground for when the event occurs.
By the nature of the event, an advanced warning of a specific time or day is impossible. We will know that it will be upon us as far out as three to five days.
It is our heartfelt hope that we can work together to achieve as much saving of human life as possible. By the end of construction, shelters should be able to hold every person capable to get to them.
We estimate that the event should last between one and two weeks. Shelters are equipped for an entire year of survival at full capacity.
Equipment and supplies have been procured under national security. Some have already leaked information regarding the stocking of the shelters.
Politicians have been approached individually. Those who did not agree to provide aid or support have been denied entry. Some have already begun construction of their own shelters. Personal devices (PPD’s, Polarity Protected Devices) have been withdrawn and clearances denied.
Certain private entities have been neutralized.
Those who have built their shelters in unsurvivable zones will not be informed of their mistake. They chose not to assist in the effort and we believe they are free to fail for themselves.
Geological disasters will become a larger issue as the event arrives.
The nature of a magnetic shift has a physical impact on the ferrous materials our planet contains. This will mean earthquakes will intensify and volcanic activity will rise.
We cannot anticipate every geological disaster. We can only brace.
