Apparently no one seems to understand the law in this country including cops. When the old man asked if he was under arrest and the cops said no, but wait until I do my investigation then he put the man under arrest by detaining him without probably cause. When the old man refused and went to go about his way, the officer grab him, which he does not have the right to do and that is actually considered "assault with a deadly weapon" as the cop is carrying a deadly weapon. After the slight resist, he then used excessive force and body slammed him to the ground at which point it is considered by law "battery and attempted murder" due to the man's age and the likelihood of killing him due to the nature of the hard surface where he threw him. By law, once he was grabbed by the police officer without being charged with a crime, the old man in fact had the right to meet deadly force, in this case "assault with a deadly weapon" with deadly force. By throwing him to the ground the cop elevated the charge to "battery and attempted murder". This is the law and because cops are on commission to incite violence they instigate situations in order to get collars. I am sure if it was a antifa or BLM rioter they would have took a knee. Cops are the ones that have really destroyed this country and our trust in them because they act like the IDF dealing with Palestinians. The cop should not have detained him and waited till his investigation was done at the least then go pursue him, how far was he going to get on a flat tire? Not like the cop had to walk either. But the truth is, he did not have the right to investigate him because he did not commit a crime in the first place and no one claimed the man did anything wrong. They practice maritime law and not common law which is the law of the land. Let these cops know, the Queen is dead and all contracts are void and null, we freed America from that already.
