Why would anyone give a shit about an old man that is so poor he has to ride a bicycle, he has no societal value. I saw that shit at the VA for 4 years. Their only value was to run tests, xrays, push drugs, and to keep that appointment book filled in areas that weren't requested. And when no one is at their side and the bill runs high, guess what MFs, they got a waiting list and your name is not on it.
