What is an RO in the military?
ROF
(1) Rate of Fire; (2) Remote Operating Facility
Responsible Officer (RO) means a senior DOD employee (such as a military E5 and above or civilian GS-7 and above), appointed by the USFK Sponsoring Agency (SA), who is directly responsible for determining and administering appropriate logistics support for IC/TRs during contract performance in the ROK.
I was solicited to work at the WTC below Cantor Fitzgerald on Sept 10th, 2001 for Soloman Brothers, they also occupied most of Building 7.
