Agreed. Had this discussion with my one and now my teen.

 

Get a general bachelors (business..) then get a job and wait on perusing a masters part time based on what is desirable in your future wild.

 

Most of the positions that are really hurting for skilled labor need only a bachelors and a certificate.

 

Project management, for example.

 

75-100+ k for those.

 

But you can make that much as a tradesman as well. Plumber, electrician, custom carpentry. No one wants to do that stuff anymore though.
