It's only 7 letters. And there are a lot of posts you could look at. And there are a LOT possible of combinations that would raise eyebrows.
I'm filing this under "Maybe".
If a thorough search turn up no additional notable combinations, this being the only instance, then I'll move it to "Nah". If Q intended to send a message this way then it's unlikely he would only do so once.
If we turn up more, then it would this poster would unarguably be on to something.
Okay. I took the Raw-Text Q Dump and and process it with this to put string together the first characters of each line:

The attached text file is what I got. I don't see anything else in 2 second of looking. But I'll post it here. Note that this script does not separate tripcode lines, signatures, or anything else. There will be some noise.
From 2014. And I don't think the international courts are yet cleaned out enough for such hearings to happen, and certainly not without witnesses disappearing.
