well im monitoring it. yea I should prolly take pictures. its a guy in a blue van. sits outside my house until I come out then he bails when i look at him. Plus my front gate keeps bieng opened. Ive had to chase my dog down 7 times now. I even put a lock on the gate and still wide open the next morning.
