"Former presidents are also entitled to at least a presumption of immunity for their official acts.
There is no immunity, the court holds, for unofficial acts."

DID JUSTICE THOMAS JUST FIRE SMITH?
On the Immunity opinion, "Justice Thomas writes a concurring opinion in which he questions the validity of Jack Smith's appointment as special counsel. "If this unprecedented prosecution is to proceed, it must be conducted by someone authorized to do so by the American people."
I would have added to the Supeme Court opinion today on Immunity of the President, that if the prosecution is found by a court to be a political prosecution for the purpose of crippling him, then the President gets immunity from that prosecution. Just my opinion.
