The Russian part was noted the other day, this is my assertion because I have witnessed all types of chemical spraying ever during the pandemic: Unmarked white vans with their exhausts rigged to be open on moving and closed at stop lights masked with septic smells, through NYC subway vents, by bladders, sprinklers, hidden underground pvc pipes in bushes, trucks spray liquids in streets to dry to toxic dust, chemical sprayers, and even seen some spray my mail box while walking past it with a little spray bottle under their folded arms. This is the cabal minions.
