if the shot was non-lethal ammunition, previous assumptions of distance and angle are out the window. you could shoot him at a 90 degree angle from 20 yards and get the desired result. but people have already bought into the framing of 150 yards and parallel grazing…unroot your anchoring by the narratives and the media if you want a chance at looking at all evidence and hypotheses.
