People across the street had 3 cars all day as visitors. Just went outside as one was leaving, the got out of the car, probably as a form of intimidation, then went right back in and left but there is a new car that is in front of my house. Taking 988 into consideration, I shined a light on it and went up to it to see if anyone was in it, and they locked the door remotely. So they are watching and are emboldened. Clowns.
