They all have to write their rapport about the evening. So, "time entering car" for that purpose is instinct if trained for it. (Have done that myself in prison job situations)
On other pic (previous or one before thread) it's visible he's not in front of the car at all but meters to the left from it, just perspective from the angle made it look like he was in front of the car.
