BREAKING: The 9th Circuit Court has just ruled against Democrats and in favor of a new state law that requires election officials to REJECT voter registrations that don't come with proof of citizenship

The lower courts froze the law but the appeals court just reinstated it, "The district court’s May 2, 2024 judgment is therefore stayed to the extent that it bars enforcement of A.R.S. § 16-121.01(C)."

This is a MASSIVE decision for election integrity. I believe people like @elonmusk

have brought many eyeballs to this big issue and the courts are responding appropriately

Thomas Crooks was eliminated by snipers 26 SECONDS after he shot and wounded former President Donald Trump.

The U.S. Secret Service knew Crooks was on the roof 20 MINUTES before the assassination attempt.

The closest Secret Service counter-sniper team was potentially obstructed from taking the k*ll shot on Crooks. It was positioned approximately 430 feet from the shooter.

The second Secret Service team is reported to have k*lled the gunman. It was located approximately 570 feet away.

Crooks had been on Secret Service radar for 40 MINUTES before the assassination attempt.

A local counter-assault team was stationed inside the building where Crooks made his assassination attempt from the rooftop.

No one had warned Trump or removed him from the stage.

IMPORTANT SECRET SERVICE DEVELOPMENT: I just talked to a well-positioned source in the Secret Service community who confirmed reports of agency intelligence gathering that supports a theory that rally shooter Thomas Crooks was likely planning to take out people in the crowd in a mass Vegas-style shooting and wasn't initially planning to attempt to assassinate Trump.

He changed his mind after he was scrambling to escape police and climbed onto the roof.

When he saw that nobody was on the roof and he had a clean shot at Trump, he went for it. No one can completely get inside the shooter's head because he's dead. But high-level sources within the Secret Service are convinced that he was planning to shoot at the crowd because he used his range-finder on the ground first and was trying to escape police when he scrambled onto the roof.

I'm also hearing that he assembled the gun from parts in his backpack once on the roof. I'm told he DID NOT use the range-finder on the roof – maybe why his shot at Trump was off and the fact that he failed to get into or got cut from his h.s. shooting club.
