AHEM.
Leading up to last night’s speech, I thought Donald Trump was unbeatable. After the debate, the assassination attempt, and his subsequent promise to unify the country, I thought he was on a rocket ship straight to the oval office. Unfortunately, however, what Trump promised is not what we got (starting to notice a pattern here?). Last night’s speech was the same old Trump, spewing divisive rhetoric and lying about his accomplishments. After last night, I’m confident Joe Biden, or whomever the Democrats decide to run, will win November in a historic landslide, and take the senate and house with them. It’s too bad, Republicans were given a layup and as usual, they bricked.
