I haven't seen a shred of evidence supporting a zip line from the water tower.
Surely someone would have a photo of it?
It would be impossible for an escaping shooter to take time to dismantle such a zip line from the top of the tower, while absconding from the scene.
Additionally, even the most lax security team would surely have at least looked around that tower.
The setup of such a zip line would require the line climbed up the tower and then attached to a solid point at ground level, so climb down again, it would need to be rather long so as to provide a survivable decent angle. Then when securely fastened at ground level, to climb tower again to take shot/s.
Pure false speculation in anons opinion. Likely a cabal disinformation slide to inject plausible conspiracy theory calls.
