All I can say is do your best with the Presidential Election.
Unless you have a Computer with GPU with at least 8 gigs of vram or moar and set up your very own open sourced AI image generator and get similar results for free. Pretty easy to set up too.
But still, getting proto does support Jim.

Never set one up that makes video/gifs but i imagine you'd need a pretty beefy setup and plenty of time to let it cook
