He was in her home without a warrant, and told her to take care of the pot. When she moved it to the counter/sink the cop jumped back. She asked why and he told her. She rebuked him in the name of Jesus for thinking she would do that, he said "you better not or I'll shoot you in the fucking face". She ducked, said sorry, rose up using the pot as a shield, and he killed her. Unnecessary use of force even if she did intend to throw the water, but she didn't.
