Born to Be Woke? Harley Davidson Caught Pushing DEI, LGBT Agendas
Nearly every publicly traded company is subject to this woke DEI bullshit.
I work for a small company that supplies materials to one of the biggest industries on earth and here's how it works for us.
Our company has to have a written and published policy on "wokeism" and must be able to demonstrate "progress" in this area.
This means that the demographics of the employees must change over time such as replacing a retiree with a young tranny, or woman or person of color etc. There must also be training conducted etc.
Why? Because the company no longer qualifies for needed bank loans, grants, govt. contracts etc without all of the above.
I no longer fault many companies for pushing this shit as they literally have no choice in most cases. Comply or die.
Can't wait for the Great Awakening and GEOTUS to return to office to kill this bullshit.
Companies are being forced to shoot themselves in the foot because of wokeism. Having to hire useless, lazy, entitled trash for employees, destroys morale, productivity and the bottom line…. which of course, IS the goal.
Of course, when you go out of business, a competitor moves in and buys millions of dollars worth of equipment, real estate, intellectual property and your customer list for literal pennies on the dollar.
