made a great point. The donations being made in the names of people who DID NOT make them can be refunded should the “donor” request. If someone were to contact these folks and have them request a refund, that “donation” would have to be refunded to them… that would mean that all of these phantom donations would likely (depending on how the return process works) need to go back to the person whose name the donation was made in.

Meaning there would be a bunch of Americans that could get some of their “hard earned” money “back.” 10% finders fee for the person who alerted them that they could ask for a refund if they weren’t satisfied.
