That's pretty much how I feel. I don't need the middle man for my connection to God. We are all his children. Whether or not you want a relationship with our Creator is up to you. That's not for me to judge. I put my focus on positive energy and love and stay away from low vibration people.

I don't claim to really know much but I personally feel that modern day Jews are not the same as the ancient Israelites (at least as far as the bible is concerned) and that conflation causes a lot of current problems in our world. Do we really know what happened with the lost tribes?

I'm curious about all of this. I was raised Catholic which means I know nothing, just dogma. This current Pope convinced me to leave that religion behind and study some more for myself. I do think that modern Jews are not the same as ancient Israelites. Where did the Talmud come in over the Torah? It's all so confusion but I do enjoy learning more.
