I'm looking at the website created by the opposition leaders with the results of the election.
The literally brought the receipts.
Each receipt has a hash and a QR code that is encrypted to the number votes, location, etc.
Next, they had election workers scan the receipts (minutes) at nearly every table after they were signed by each election witness.
Then, after the scan they were sent to the website for publication and actual real counting.
They did this, created the website, installed trusted people that wouldn't snitch, with precision over all 30,026 election tables and 24,384 tables accounted for (all the major ones) with full receipt, thus far, scanned and published.
After they reached a mathematical victory, while Maduro was screaming he won, they published the site with updates still coming in.
At this moment any of the receipts (minutes) on the site can be audited. They have an anti-fraud system that when published really is anti-fraud.
Maduro claims these are fake, but he has yet to publish any official results.
This ingenious system no doubt took weeks, months, or a year to fully set up and then as the election was happening timing and secrecy was of the essence.
