The investigation accused the Indian state of threatening Australia's national security.

YouTube said the video was restricted following a valid legal request but the nature of the order was "confidential".

A Four Corners investigation into how Indian authorities have established a "nest of spies" to silence critics in Australia has been blocked from access in India by YouTube after an order from the Modi government.

The story, uploaded to the video platform on June 17, has since been geo-blocked following an order by India's Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB).

ABC news director Justin Stevens said the ABC "fully backs and stands by this reporting".

In a notice to the ABC, YouTube's legal team said the order was "confidential" but came under India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules and its Information Technology Act.

On July 22, YouTube advised that the matter was still being discussed by its leadership.

The ABC was given the option to block the video from being played in India itself, but declined this option.

Microsoft Confirms New Outage Was Triggered By Cyberattack

A Microsoft Azure outage on July 30 was triggered by a distributed denial of service cyberattack, the tech giant has confirmed.

It comes after users started complaining they couldn’t access several Microsoft services yesterday, including Microsoft 365 products such as Office and Outlook and Azure.

The incident—which lasted nearly 10 hours—took place less than two weeks after a CrowdStrike update caused Microsoft Windows machines to crash. Companies affected by the new outage include U.K. bank NatWest, according to the BBC.

What Happened At Microsoft?

The incident started at approximately at 11:45am UTC and was resolved at 19:43pm, according to Microsoft’s Azure status history page. According to Microsoft, a “subset of customers may have experienced issues connecting to a subset of Microsoft services globally.”

Impacted services included Azure App Services, Application Insights, Azure IoT Central, Azure Log Search Alerts, Azure Policy, as well as the Azure portal itself and “a subset of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview services.”

Microsoft says the “initial trigger event” was a DDoS attack, which sees adversaries flood services with traffic in order to bring them to a standstill.

Microsoft describes an “unexpected usage spike” which resulted in Azure Front Door and Azure Content Delivery Network components “performing below acceptable thresholds, leading to intermittent errors, timeout and latency spikes.”

Most firms have protection in place to prevent DDoS from having an impact. The initial DDoS attack had activated the firm’s DDoS protection mechanisms, but an error in the implementation of defenses “amplified the impact of the attack rather than mitigating it,” Microsoft admits.

It appears that the outage was caused by DDoS attack—despite the fact Microsoft had protections in place, says Sean Wright, head of application security at Featurespace. “Similarly to the CrowdStrike issue a few weeks ago, it appears that an error occurred in the software that was used to protect against DDoS attacks,” Wright says.

This is highlights the importance of testing software thoroughly, he says.

What’s Next?

The CrowdStrike incident had already—and unfairly—created bad optics for Microsoft, so the timing of this new outage is unlucky. Microsoft knows this and has communicated clearly throughout the outage, saying it will publish a Preliminary Post Incident Review within approximately 72 hours, to share more details on what happened and how it responded.

To get notified when that happens and to stay informed about future Azure service issues, Microsoft advises you configure and maintain Azure Service Health alerts.

For now, it looks like Microsoft services are back up and running.

Given the obvious and apparently unalterable trajectory that Britain is charting towards violent conflict between the historic British people and our Muslim fifth column, it might be interesting to indulge in a little harmless futurology with respect to the likely characteristics of this conflict. The idle speculation that makes up the content of this essay is hereby offered up by a playful mind with, perhaps, too little to gainfully occupy it.

If the historic British people (hereafter referred to as HBP) and the Muslim fifth column (hereafter referred to as MFC) contaminating their country ever do descend into a Troubles-style conflict writ large across the whole of the United Kingdom, it is certain that the conflict will be highly asymmetric in nature. I do not imply by this that it will be a particularly close parallel of any classic asymmetric conflict, such as those in Vietnam, Afghanistan, or Malaya. Rather, I imply simply that the characteristics, strengths, weaknesses, and geographical dispositions of the two sides are so different as to preclude the possibility of them bringing to bear on each other the same types of violence with the same objectives. This point will become clearer as we proceed through the essay.

In the interests of imposing order on a subject matter that lends itself to disorderly rambling, I will organize this essay thematically. Each section will pick a specific theme and consider, as seems appropriate, the relative advantages and disadvantages of HBP and MFC in each regard.

I find the timing and connections with Deadpool 3 to be peculiarly interesting. That is, until you actually watch the movie.

As stated before, our subconscious or unconscious minds have been altered to create mental handcuffs. Kubrick proved this in Eyes Wide Shut. NASA confirmed it with Apollo 11. The moon actually represents the unconscious mind. Kubrick further confirms with The Shining.

Looking at Deadpool 3 with a Jungian lens, it is clear that the movie is making connections to these unconscious archetypes in an effort to "fix the timeline"… to undo or fix some of the programming that has led us to where we are right now.

Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe worked closely with disgraced former director Kim Cheatle, not only during Trump’s July 13 rally but also on January 6.

Both Rowe and Cheatle had specific oversight roles for Trump’s protective detail on Jan 6—Rowe as the Deputy Assistant Director over Trump’s detail, and Cheatle as the direct supervisor over the lead agent, Robert Engel. This is according to the transcript of former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Anthony Ornato's interview with the January 6 committee.

Additionally, Rowe sought information about the Proud Boys prior to Jan 6. It was revealed during Ornato’s interview that Rowe had sent an email to Robert Engel on December 12, 2020, questioning why the Secret Service hadn't been alerted about the Proud Boys leader's participation in a White House tour.

Then there was the Jan 6 security lapse where USSS allowed then Vice President-elect Kamala Harris to come dangerously close to a so-called pipe bomb at the DNC. The USSS Office of Protective Operations—led by both Cheatle and Rowe at the time, with Cheatle as Assistant Director and Rowe as Deputy Assistant Director—was responsible for overseeing these protective operations.

And with USSS text communications from Jan 5-6 conveniently deleted, we have yet to receive any explanation from Rowe, Cheatle, or any other law enforcement official involved in protective operations for Harris that day.

Instead, while Kim Cheatle was listed among the USSS personnel whose phones were subpoenaed for the deleted text messages, it was Ronald Rowe who authored the coverup letter responding to the subpoena, stating that the messages had been erased "as part of a device-replacement program."

Now, with DHS not only stonewalling about the events of July 13 but also withholding Jan 6 committee interview transcripts of "ten current and former employees" of the USSS involved in Jan 6 operations—including both Kim Cheatle and Robert Engel—we are expected to rely on Rowe (essentially Cheatle 2.0) for "transparency" to uncover what happened on July 13.

🧐 I knew Acting Director Rowe had a bad reputation as a manager, but watching his testimony today, I thought, “How is he such a poor witness??”

And then I remembered that the upper ranks of the Secret Service are filled with Ron Rowes. In fact, what I hear again and again from those who know the Secret Service best is that if you throw a dart blindfolded at the “leadership” ranks of the Secret Service, you are bound to hit an arrogant manager who thinks they’re a hot shot and accountable to no one, who has gotten where they are by playing the Secret Service’s game, never thinking outside of the box, sucking up to their supervisors to get promoted (did you know you can’t even apply for leadership positions—you have to be recommended by your supervisor??), and then toeing the company line. They hate the idea of Congress or anyone else presuming to do oversight of their operations.

There are some excellent individuals within the Secret Service. But by and large, they are not reflected in agency leadership. This is why an outside director needs to be appointed to clean house and thin the upper ranks of the Secret Service—so the next generation of forward-thinking leadership can take the reins.

I'm looking at the website created by the opposition leaders with the results of the election.

The literally brought the receipts.
