"as below so above" is not from the Bible. It is an occultic Hermetic phrase from the Emerald tablet that appeared from an Arabic source in the late eighth to early ninth century AD. Look it up. It is not scriptural.
You are taking that idea out of context. Jesus was speaking to His apostles in the 1st century AD. Are you an apostle? It doesn't apply now.
