If a valid ballot is INSIDE the official polling station on or before polling day. Then why would it NOT be counted. Pile of paper, sorted & counted. Why do usa people THINK a "counting machine" is required or even needed? usa people can't count?
once ballots are bundled/conted etc the result get sent through to a national tally room. ballots can be re-counted if 'close' or ???? …
