This statement seems to insinuate the FBI knew about the guy before hand. Had he been reported and FBI let him go.
The wording: "the FBI clearly knows his name." They could have said the FBI just found out his name,but using "the FBI clearly knows his name" seems like they once again had foreknowledgeand didn't do anything about.
To me its just a weird way of wording that,any comments anons?
