Communication device hacking causing mass murder was already show to us by Hollywood. They know that the technology is real, but have to "signal" to the masses before actually using it.

Big Pharma "makes up" new conditions all the time, so that they can profit by selling expensive drugs to treat the made up condition.
Just watch the pharma ads on TV…. They constantly come up with new conditions that never before existed.
If it isn't obvious to people by now that the assassination attempts were an inside job, then they are beyond hope.
