Judge agrees to delay Hunter Biden’s gun charges sentencing until December

A federal judge agreed to push back Hunter Biden’s first criminal sentencing three weeks, now scheduling it for Dec. 4.

The president’s son’s sentencing was already slated for after the election, but his attorney asked to delay the Nov. 13 date because of overlap with Biden’s other ongoing legal battles.

Special counsel David Weiss opposed the delay, court documents show, but U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika in a brief order quickly agreed to the request.

Biden faces sentencing on three felony gun charges that a Delaware jury convicted him on in June. He was found guilty of lying about his drug use on a federal form when purchasing a revolver and then illegally possessing the gun while being addicted to drugs.

Biden was set to face a second criminal trial in California this month on nine tax-related charges, but he avoided it by pleading guilty just as it was set to begin. That sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 16, just 12 days after the newly rescheduled one.

Abbe Lowell, Biden’s attorney, cited overlap in the people who may testify at the sentencing hearings or write letters in support, contending that putting both in December would be more efficient. The request also noted that some of the people are currently “short of time” because they work in the current administration or on a presidential campaign.

Lowell also voiced concern about appearing in Delaware for the gun sentencing on Nov. 13 because he was slated to represent Biden in a hearing in a civil lawsuit one day prior across the country in California.

Israel says the goal of the new escalated anti-Hezbollah operation is to allow the return of the 80,000 residents of the north who have been forced out of their homes for almost a year. "At least eight people in Israel were wounded Thursday in an anti-tank guided missile attack on the Lebanon border that was claimed by the Hezbollah terror group, while others were injured in a subsequent drone strike," Times of Israel reports.

A loyal Arizona Cardinals fan and Trump supporter was hassled by a stadium employee to throw away her MAGA hat before she could enter the stadium and enjoy the football game she purchased tickets for.

The Arizona Cardinals have officially stated that an employee’s actions in ejecting a fan for wearing a Make America Great Again (MAGA) hat were due to a ‘misunderstanding’ of the company’s policies, which it has apologized for, according to 12 News.

Susan Rosener, a loyal season ticket holder for 34 years, was at State Farm Stadium for the Cardinals’ first regular season game when she encountered an overzealous security staff member.

As she passed through security with her black MAGA hat, the employee asserted without hesitation that she could not bring “political hats or shirts” into the stadium.

In their statement, the Cardinals acknowledged that political attire is not banned and emphasized that this incident stemmed from a “misinterpretation” by the employee.

“Moving forward we will work to provide clarity to all stadium personnel in these situations,” they said. While I appreciate the team’s commitment to clarifying their policies, the situation should never have occurred in the first place.

Rosener said that she felt like the security officer targeted her specifically because of her political affiliation.

“I am super freedom of speech. I could care less if someone had a Kamala Harris hat or T-shirt on,” Rosener said. “I do feel like part of the problem was this security woman definitely had a bias with my hat,” she exclaimed.

The apology from the Arizona Cardinals seemingly falls short of the necessary accountability that should accompany a blatant act of discrimination and the individual responsible for enforcing this erroneous policy should face appropriate disciplinary measures.

An apology itself does not change the fact that the employee acted out of bias, targeting Rosener specifically for her political beliefs—an unacceptable violation of her rights as an American citizen.

If the Cardinals truly value all their fans, they must take a strong stand against these actions that silence or marginalize conservative viewpoints. Anything less would not only undermine their apology but also suggest that such bias is permissible in their ranks.

Black Illegal Immigrant Arrested For Killing Entire Family Recorded As ‘White’ In Crime Stats

An illegal immigrant from the Dominican Republic entered the U.S. undeterred despite being already wanted for murder in his home country — only to horrifically stab to death a family of four, including two toddlers, in upstate New York, authorities said.

Police in Irondequoit, a Rochester suburb, said Julio Cesar Pimentel-Soriano was arrested earlier this month. On August 31 at 5 a.m., authorities responded to a house fire and found that the family had been killed and the home set on fire.

Irondequoit Police Chief Scott Peters said that in 32 years on the job, he had never seen anyone commit such a heinous crime in the town.

The police said Soriano is 34 years old and was wanted in Dominican Republic for a 2019 murder; entered Puerto Rico illegally and obtained a fraudulent New York ID, then came to New York. They said they are also looking for another individual in relation to the deaths.

Despite being a black-skinned Hispanic illegal immigrant, Soriano was listed in the Monroe County Jail roster with a race of white.

Deputy Brendan Hurley, a spokesman for the Monroe County Sheriff, told The Daily Wire that the arresting police filled out the race report, and, “The New York State Division of Criminal Justice provides guidance on Racial Designations,” which say that “White” is “A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, North Africa, or the Middle East,” and “Black” is “A person having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa.”

There is no flag for Hispanic status in the census, meaning Soriano appears indistinguishable from a white American in the demographic statistics.

Democrats have often been accused of manipulating statistics to undercount illegal immigrant crime and claim that “white supremacy domestic terrorism” is the biggest threat to the country. In one case, the FBI suggested a Hispanic man who called a judge a “cracker” was a white supremacist.

Democrats Move To Loosen Oversight Of ‘Sponsors’ That Take—And Often Lose—Migrant Children

Senate Democrats on Tuesday doubled down on a program that has lost at least 85,000 “unaccompanied alien children,” proposing to move children to the sponsors even more quickly, and with even less oversight.

Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR) and other Democrats introduced the “Children’s Safe Welcome Act of 2024,” which would require that within seven days of receiving an application from an adult who wants to “sponsor” a child who crosses the border without parents, the Department of Health and Human Services must make its decision about whether to release the child to that person.

Agency whistleblowers say that timeline does not give enough time for any reasonable background check, and results in children being sent to live with labor and sex traffickers and gang members.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Tuesday said the emphasis on sending migrants to live with “sponsors” as quickly as possible has led to the “systematic abuse and disappearance of migrant children” and retaliation against employees who tried to block “children from going to men who sexualized them, MS-13 gang affiliated sponsors, and also sponsors who were mass-applying for kids.”

Democrats became obsessed with avoiding the temporary holding facilities, which were common under Barack Obama, at all costs after calling them “cages” under Trump.

The bill would make it very difficult for the government to say no to releasing a child to an adult who wants him or her, saying that the burden of proof falls on the government to establish, “by clear and convincing evidence,” that “placement with the prospective sponsor is likely to result in serious emotional or physical damage to the child.”

The second round of exploding devices were linked to ICOM, a Japanese manufacturer that supplies the Pentagon.

One day after pagers detonated across Lebanon, reportedly killing twelve people, including at least two children and four healthcare workers, a second wave of explosions has been reported across the country. Today’s detonations were reportedly through the manipulation of walkie-talkies made by ICOM, a Japanese firm whose American branch also serves as a significant supplier to the U.S. military. The combined confirmed death toll has already reached 26, and roughly 3,000 people have been reported injured.

The Wednesday explosions are primarily linked to the ICOM IC-V82, an electronic receiver with both military and civilian uses. Shortly after publication of this article, ICOM America senior sales manager Ray Novak was quoted by The Associated Press stating, “I can guarantee you they were not our products.”

And on Thursday morning, Time Magazine reported further details suggesting that the detonated devices were likely counterfeit, including a previous warning from Icom that most advertisements for its long-discontinued IC-V82 product line were forgeries. “Almost all Type 2 products are counterfeit. It has been a long time since the products were discontinued. Purchase the new models, such as the IC-V80 and IC-2300H (with a genuine hologram label),” the warning read.

ICOM, based in Osaka, Japan, has a global footprint. U.S. government disclosures show that the company’s American affiliate has received at least $8.2 million in contracts with the U.S. federal government since 2008.

This includes an “urgent order” contract with the U.S. General Services Administration which was updated twelve days ago, a spot alongside Motorola Solutions in a potentially $495 million contract selling “land mobile radio supplies” to the U.S. Army in June 2018, and subcontracts through both the weapons giant Lockheed Martin and the controversial defense contractor Atlantic Diving Supply (ADS).

The series of explosions in Lebanon have raised concerns about the future of war that includes infiltration of supply chains and limitless exploits through electronically connected devices.

The attacks will likely fuel increased scrutiny over military and civilian supply chain security, which has long been a potential vulnerability.

The Pentagon and ICOM were contacted for comment but were not immediately available to respond. If a statement is provided, this post will be updated.

In addition to its sales to the U.S. military, ICOM America is also a significant contractor with the U.S. Coast Guard, including through a $2.2 million sub-award under General Dynamics in 2015. ICOM also sold its radios to the civilian Federal Aviation Administration as recently as October.

Other governments worldwide purchase ICOM equipment. United Kingdom records show that the British government purchased radio communication devices from the firm last year.

On a breezy, rainy day in Washington D.C., lawmakers and other experts joined together to “raise the alarm,” as expressed by Reggie Littlejohn, co-founder of Sovereignty Coalition and president of Anti-Globalist International about the Pact for the Future.

As Rep. Bob Good (R-Va.) stated in the press conference Tuesday afternoon, this United Nations (U.N.) project is “the most important issue that’s getting the least amount of attention relative to its importance in our country.”

As The Heritage Foundation explained, “In short, the Pact for the Future is an overt effort by the secretary-general to affirm that the United Nations should be the primary venue for addressing international development, international peace and security, and emerging technologies and innovations under its global governance.”

Under its accurate definition, the Pact “is an unwise effort to bestow additional responsibilities on an organization that is unable to manage its current remit.”

In effect, supporting these efforts at the U.N. and the World Health Organization (WHO) is a vote to forfeit America’s sovereignty over its own affairs, experts say.

“The Biden-Harris administration,” Good added, “apparently intends to fully support the surrender and compliance of the U.S. to the U.N. in these endeavors.” The current administration is “aligned with the international globalists that hate America, that hate the Constitution, that hate our Founders,” and “our founding Judeo-Christian principals,” he added.

The House of Representatives passed the No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act (H.R. 1425) last week by a narrow 219-199 vote.

The bill, introduced by Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-Wis.), was “designed to protect the United States from globalist dictates and pandemic-style lockdowns” that the pact currently threatens America with.

But just how big is this threat? And why are so few Americans aware of it? According to Good, this pact could swing open the door for the U.N. and the WHO to have authority “to require such things as their international health regulations, including the surveillance of U.S. citizens, the censoring of dissenting views, and much more.”

Ultimately, he urged, “The American people didn’t vote for this, and they don’t support this,” which is why “it’s up to the people’s representatives … to expose” and “reject this.”

Speaking at the press conference, Rep. Ralph Norman (R-N.C.) stated that what happens during the Summit for the Future later this month when the pact is discussed involves the risk of ceding “America’s authority, America’s sovereignty, to … China.” He emphasized, “This is a top-line issue that America must be made aware of. …

The WHO needs to be defunded. … We need to do away with it.” And as the Sovereignty Coalition’s Frank Gaffney contended, “Make no mistake about it,” the “surrender of our sovereignty to global government” is “the agenda of the U.N. Summit of the Future.” It’s “unmistakably what they hope to put in train with their so-called Pact of the Future.”

What “is absolutely infuriating about all of this,” Gaffney continued, “is … [that] most people in the media, most people in government, certainly the vast majority of Americans, have no idea this is even going on.” To elaborate, Good shared in an exclusive comment to The Washington Stand how Americans are “not aware” for a number of reasons.

First, he said, the Biden administration “really doesn’t want [people] to be aware.” So they aren’t “talking about their intent to subordinate the United States to the governance of the U.N., the WHO, and [other] entities.

DNA Contamination in mRNA Covid Shots up to 145 Times Regulatory Limit, First Independent Australian Study Shows

Synthetic plasmid DNA contamination has been detected in Australian vials of Pfizer and Moderna Covid vaccines at levels of between seven and 145 times the allowable limit, a new study shows.

The independent study of three modified RNA (mod-RNA) vaccine vials, including lots for children and adults, was commissioned to provide evidence in a Federal Court lawsuit over the validity of the regulatory status of the vaccines.

The case, brought by legal firm P.J. O’Brien & Associates, alleges that the vaccines contain unlicensed genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in the form of synthetic DNA contamination and mod-RNA-LNP complexes which could pose an untested safety risk, including the potential for DNA integration into the human genome.

In an affidavit provided to legal firm P.J. O’Brien & Associates, molecular virologist Dr. David Speicher said that the amount of synthetic DNA he detected in all three Australian vials “far exceeded” the allowable regulatory limit set by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

Given scientific evidence suggesting that synthetic DNA can enter the cell nucleus and potentially integrate into the human genome, “it is important to investigate whether integration can take place in primary cells in the vaccinated population”, Dr. Speicher said.

The Australian study confirms independent lab findings of high levels of residual DNA in mod-RNA Covid vaccines from Germany, the U.S. and Canada, highlighting that this is a global concern.

The study

Residual synthetic DNA is a byproduct from the mod-RNA vaccine manufacturing process, and is allowed under TGA regulations in levels of up to 10 nanograms (ng) per vaccine dose, and in fragment sizes of up to 200 base pairs (bp).

The TGA denies that Covid mod-RNA vaccines are contaminated with synthetic DNA above 10ng per dose, but as high levels had been detected in vials from other regions, the legal team behind the GMO case commissioned this study to determine residual synthetic DNA levels in Australian vials.

PJ O’Brien & Associates arranged for shipment of three vials with chain of custody, one Moderna and two Pfizer, to Dr Speicher’s lab at the University of Guelph in Canada. The vials were shipped on dry ice and stored in the lab fridge on arrival. The Pfizer vials had tamper seals intact, while the Moderna vial had been half-used.

Dr. Speicher used two methods to test for residual DNA levels – flourometry and qPCR – each with their own advantages.

qPCR is the method preferred by regulators. It captures lower readings of DNA because it can fail to pick up small fragments of DNA below 200bp and it measures less than 1% of the residual DNA plasmid, with the other 99% being extrapolated mathematically. This means the reading has greater repeatability, but it gives a less complete picture.

A Moderna patent (2014) related to “removal of DNA fragments in [the] mRNA production process” acknowledges that the qPCR method of quantifying residual DNA only detects some target DNA molecules, but “does not measure all other smaller DNA molecules that are partially digested” by the enzyme used to break them down for the filtration process.

Using qPCR, Dr. Speicher detected synthetic DNA up to 15-fold above the TGA’s limit in both Pfizer lots, but the Moderna lot was compliant.

'Sexual predator' former Harrods owner Mohamed Al Fayed accused of raping multiple women

Management at London's luxury Harrods department store say they're "utterly appalled" by allegations former owner Mohamed Al Fayed sexually assaulted more than 20 employees.
