Judge agrees to delay Hunter Biden’s gun charges sentencing until December

A federal judge agreed to push back Hunter Biden’s first criminal sentencing three weeks, now scheduling it for Dec. 4.

The president’s son’s sentencing was already slated for after the election, but his attorney asked to delay the Nov. 13 date because of overlap with Biden’s other ongoing legal battles.

Special counsel David Weiss opposed the delay, court documents show, but U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika in a brief order quickly agreed to the request.

Biden faces sentencing on three felony gun charges that a Delaware jury convicted him on in June. He was found guilty of lying about his drug use on a federal form when purchasing a revolver and then illegally possessing the gun while being addicted to drugs.

Biden was set to face a second criminal trial in California this month on nine tax-related charges, but he avoided it by pleading guilty just as it was set to begin. That sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 16, just 12 days after the newly rescheduled one.

Abbe Lowell, Biden’s attorney, cited overlap in the people who may testify at the sentencing hearings or write letters in support, contending that putting both in December would be more efficient. The request also noted that some of the people are currently “short of time” because they work in the current administration or on a presidential campaign.

Lowell also voiced concern about appearing in Delaware for the gun sentencing on Nov. 13 because he was slated to represent Biden in a hearing in a civil lawsuit one day prior across the country in California.

Israel Unleashes Heavy Strikes On South Lebanon After War Plans Approved

Israel's military has just announced that IDF chief Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi has "approved operational plans as part of the continuation of the war" in Israel's north against Lebanon's Hezbollah. Exchanges of fire grew overnight and as of Thursday afternoon heavier airstrikes on southern Lebanon have been reported, as well as more than 40 rockets fired from Lebanon into Israel.

Local Hebrew media says several Israelis have been wounded after a missile fired by Hezbollah hit a vehicle in northern Israel. Israel says the goal of the new escalated anti-Hezbollah operation is to allow the return of the 80,000 residents of the north who have been forced out of their homes for almost a year. "At least eight people in Israel were wounded Thursday in an anti-tank guided missile attack on the Lebanon border that was claimed by the Hezbollah terror group, while others were injured in a subsequent drone strike," Times of Israel reports.

The Air Force finally handed over a trove of documents pertaining to its sweeping “goal” of reducing the number of white male applicants in a popular officer program after spending months stonewalling requests for their release

Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman C.Q. Brown — at the time the highest-ranking member of the Air Force — issued a memorandum in2022 that the branch was updating its racial and gender demographic goals for applicants seeking to become officers, in a bid to prioritize “diversity and inclusion.”Internal documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation include a slideshow from 2022 where the Air Force outlines racial and gender quotas and details how it hopes to “achieve” a reduced number of white males in its Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) officer’s applicant program.

The documents reflect the Biden-Harris Pentagon’s intense focus on implementing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies in the armed forces, even as the military continues to combat dwindling morale among its rank-and-file, recruiting and retention shortfalls and low pay.

“The American people are rightly concerned that, at a time when our country is facing dangerous and increasing threats throughout the world, the Air Force is focused on recruitment efforts based on arbitrary racial diversity goals — not merit or increasing the force’s lethality,” James Fitzpatrick, director of the Center To Advance Security In America (CASA), told the DCNF.

CASA requested records regarding the Air Force’s new officer applicant standards through a federal transparency request, called a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in 2023. At the time, the Air Force said it couldn’t find any records, according to a letter obtained by the DCNF.CASA then sued the Air Force for the records in April 2024 and received hundreds of documents and slides in response, which the DCNF subsequently obtained.

A spokesperson for the Air Force told the DCNF “The FOIA request was being processed at multiple levels within the Air Force.”“One of the units responded to the FOIA request with a ‘no responsive records’ responseafter conducting their own local search, while the remainder of the units continued to process the responsive documents that were ultimately provided,” the spokesperson told the DCNF.

One of the slides in question, labeled “AFROTC White,” depicts a graph that shows the percentage of white male ROTC officer applicants declining from approximately 60% in fiscal year 2019 to a projected 50% in fiscal year 2023. The graph further details how the Air Force’s goal is to reduce that percentage down to approximately 43% by fiscal year 2029, denoted by a star with the label “achieve(d) goal.”

“White male population will decline as other demographics increase,” the slide reads.

The respective slides in question also explain that the Air Force is either on track or needs to do more to hit racial and gender quotas in the ROTC’s officer applicant pool.

In the months leading up to January 6th, 2021, I reported extensively about 4th Psychological Operations from Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, loading buses of unsuspecting, non-violent spectators into sponsored buses along the East Coast of the United States for “slaughter pen operations.”

The idea behind “slaughter pen operations’ was that the 4th Psych Ops operators could corral the bused spectators to the Capitol to be mixed in with “Orange Hat” Proud Boys “Insurrectionists” to label the entire group as “Insurrectionists.”

Butler, PA, changed the American Psyche to accept multiple sniper teams surrounding them from elevated positions, many of which were concealed locations from recessed windows.

Antifa returning home from Ukraine and Syria also could be used for “slaughter pen operations”.

Then, after the “Orange Hat” provocateurs melted away to safety, Ukrainian snipers could start picking off leaders in the crowds to create mass mayhem and death. This “slaughter pen” scenario did not come to pass. The Ukrainian snipers were undoubtedly there, but they were not given the order to commence “slaughter pen operations,” murdering unarmed leadership figures in the crowd.

Our live call at the Capitol Gates on January 6th about the Proud Boys Psychological operators being used to “get the Insurrection started” was confirmed a few days later by the Washington Post. The part that didn’t happen was the sniper fire on innocent civilians. All that changed in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13th, 2024.

Police in Irondequoit, a Rochester suburb, said Julio Cesar Pimentel-Soriano was arrested earlier this month. On August 31 at 5 a.m., authorities responded to a house fire and found that the family had been killed and the home set on fire.

Irondequoit Police Chief Scott Peters said that in 32 years on the job, he had never seen anyone commit such a heinous crime in the town.

The police said Soriano is 34 years old and was wanted in Dominican Republic for a 2019 murder; entered Puerto Rico illegally and obtained a fraudulent New York ID, then came to New York. They said they are also looking for another individual in relation to the deaths.

Despite being a black-skinned Hispanic illegal immigrant, Soriano was listed in the Monroe County Jail roster with a race of white.

Deputy Brendan Hurley, a spokesman for the Monroe County Sheriff, told The Daily Wire that the arresting police filled out the race report, and, “The New York State Division of Criminal Justice provides guidance on Racial Designations,” which say that “White” is “A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, North Africa, or the Middle East,” and “Black” is “A person having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa.”

There is no flag for Hispanic status in the census, meaning Soriano appears indistinguishable from a white American in the demographic statistics.

Democrats have often been accused of manipulating statistics to undercount illegal immigrant crime and claim that “white supremacy domestic terrorism” is the biggest threat to the country. In one case, the FBI suggested a Hispanic man who called a judge a “cracker” was a white supremacist.

Asked if there is an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement detainer request on Soriano, he said, “There is a detainer on file. Per NYS case law, we can only enforce detainers signed by a judge.”

FBI Raids Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing Headquarters in Indiana

The FBI conducted a raid on the Rahal Letterman Lanigan (RLL) Racing headquarters in Zionsville, Indiana, early Wednesday morning.

The renowned facility, owned by former Indy 500 champion Bobby Rahal, television icon David Letterman, and entrepreneur Mike Lanigan, became the center of an active federal investigation.

Federal agents, in coordination with Zionsville police, arrived at the state-of-the-art 100,000-square-foot facility located at 10771 Creek Way.

Kurt Darling of 93 WIBC Indianapolis reported that the FBI instructed all employees to cease activity on their electronic devices, gather their belongings, and leave the premises.

The nature of the investigation remains unclear, with no arrests made and authorities assuring the public there is no immediate threat.

Zionsville Mayor John Stehr disclosed that the FBI had requested assistance from local police during the operation but refrained from divulging specific details about the investigation, according to Fox 59.

Police stated that they were not provided with any details regarding the operation and were only tasked with providing external security for the building.

“The FBI asked us to assist this morning as they served a warrant at the (Rahal Letterman Lanigan) headquarters building,” Stehr said.

Kathi Lauterbach, vice president of communications for RLL Racing, issued a statement confirming the team’s full cooperation with investigators but emphasized that due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, they are limited in what they can disclose.

Senate Democrats on Tuesday doubled down on a program that has lost at least 85,000 “unaccompanied alien children,” proposing to move children to the sponsors even more quickly, and with even less oversight.

FCC Commissioner Slams Kamala Harris’s $42 Billion Broadband Initiative: ‘Not One Person, Home, or Business Connected in 3 Years!’

Federal Communications Commissioner Brendan Carr slams Kamala Harris’s $42 billion broadband initiative, calling it a colossal failure in a scathing testimony before the House Oversight and Accountability Committee on Thursday.

Carr, the senior Republican on the Federal Communications Commission, didn’t hold back, accusing the regime of prioritizing political agendas over practical solutions for millions of Americans still lacking access to high-speed internet.

“It’s been 1,039 days since Vice President Harris agreed to spearhead this massive program, yet not a single person has been connected to the internet. Not one home. Not one business. Not even a shovel has hit the ground,” Carr declared in his opening statement.

“It gets worse—no infrastructure builds will even start until sometime next year at the earliest, and in many cases, not until 2026. This makes Vice President Harris’s $42 billion initiative the slowest-moving federal broadband deployment program in recent history.”

The program, known as BEED (Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment), was designed to extend internet access to millions of Americans in rural and underserved communities.

But according to Carr, the initiative has been bogged down by bureaucratic mismanagement and a focus on advancing a “wish list of progressive policy goals” rather than delivering on its core mission.

“The $42 billion program led by Vice President Harris is being used to push a climate change agenda, DEI requirements, price controls, preferences for government-run networks, and rules that will lead to wasteful overbuilding. All of this will leave rural communities behind,” he said.

The FCC commissioner pointed to the Biden administration’s broader failure to support rural America, citing the revocation of Starlink’s commitment to provide internet to over 640,000 homes and businesses.

“Frankly, it would not be the only time the Biden-Harris administration has left rural America behind. In 2020, the SEC secured a commitment from Starlink to provide Internet to 640,000 homes and businesses for about $1,300 per location in federal support.”

“But the government revoked that award last year after President Biden gave agencies the green light to go after Musk. The administration is now spending dollars on the penny to connect locations through its own initiatives. Senator Cruz released a report identifying entire projects where the administration is now spending over $100,000 per location for Internet.”

The hearing served as a stark indictment of Vice President Harris’s leadership on the issue, with Carr calling for a complete overhaul of the broadband initiative.

“Absent major reforms, Vice President Harris’s $42 billion program is wired to fail. It’s time to correct course, get rid of all the extraneous political goals, and focus on quickly connecting Americans,” Carr concluded.

One day after pagers detonated across Lebanon, reportedly killing twelve people, including at least two children and four healthcare workers, a second wave of explosions has been reported across the country. Today’s detonations were reportedly through the manipulation of walkie-talkies made by ICOM, a Japanese firm whose American branch also serves as a significant supplier to the U.S. military. The combined confirmed death toll has already reached 26, and roughly 3,000 people have been reported injured.

The Wednesday explosions are primarily linked to the ICOM IC-V82, an electronic receiver with both military and civilian uses. Shortly after publication of this article, ICOM America senior sales manager Ray Novak was quoted by The Associated Press stating, “I can guarantee you they were not our products.”

And on Thursday morning, Time Magazine reported further details suggesting that the detonated devices were likely counterfeit, including a previous warning from Icom that most advertisements for its long-discontinued IC-V82 product line were forgeries. “Almost all Type 2 products are counterfeit. It has been a long time since the products were discontinued. Purchase the new models, such as the IC-V80 and IC-2300H (with a genuine hologram label),” the warning read.

ICOM, based in Osaka, Japan, has a global footprint. U.S. government disclosures show that the company’s American affiliate has received at least $8.2 million in contracts with the U.S. federal government since 2008.

This includes an “urgent order” contract with the U.S. General Services Administration which was updated twelve days ago, a spot alongside Motorola Solutions in a potentially $495 million contract selling “land mobile radio supplies” to the U.S. Army in June 2018, and subcontracts through both the weapons giant Lockheed Martin and the controversial defense contractor Atlantic Diving Supply (ADS).

The series of explosions in Lebanon have raised concerns about the future of war that includes infiltration of supply chains and limitless exploits through electronically connected devices.

The attacks will likely fuel increased scrutiny over military and civilian supply chain security, which has long been a potential vulnerability.

The Pentagon and ICOM were contacted for comment but were not immediately available to respond. If a statement is provided, this post will be updated.

In addition to its sales to the U.S. military, ICOM America is also a significant contractor with the U.S. Coast Guard, including through a $2.2 million sub-award under General Dynamics in 2015. ICOM also sold its radios to the civilian Federal Aviation Administration as recently as October.

Other governments worldwide purchase ICOM equipment. United Kingdom records show that the British government purchased radio communication devices from the firm last year.

STARCOM: Development, connection, family readiness key to tomorrow’s Space Force

At this week's annual Air, Space and Cyber Conference, sponsored by the Air and Space Forces Association, the command responsible for training and readiness in the U.S. Space Force emphasized Guardian development, connection and family readiness across three key panel discussions.

Brig. Gen. Matthew Cantore, deputy commander of Space Training and Readiness Command, discussed the importance of developing a skilled, adaptable workforce for the U.S. Space Force, highlighting the integration of officers, enlisted, and civilians into a cohesive Guardian family.

One important start to this new initiative is the beginning of the Space Force’s Officer Training Course, which commenced training earlier this month at Peterson Space Force Base.

“We are in the midst of a new start,” Cantore said about the new course for all new Space Force Officers.

“Previously, we would have had separate tracks for space operations, intelligence operations and cyber operations.

Now, as we go forward, we realize that for great power competition, we want to re-baseline and reset what the experience is for all Guardian officers moving forward. As we look to the future and work to establish our culture, we want to have a culture where operations and warfighting is at the core of everything we do.”

Chief Master Sgt. Karmann-Monique Pogue, senior enlisted leader for STARCOM, joined Cantore on the panel and noted that as the enlisted corps grows in rank, responsibilities shift, necessitating a balance between the roles of technical specialists with the roles of leadership and advising senior leaders. Pogue cited the start of Space Force-specific Enlisted Professional Military Education earlier this year at the Vosler Academy at Peterson SFB as another key to the transformation of the Force.

“We have reshaped the experience for our enlisted NCOs and senior NCOs,” Pogue said. “Vosler stood down for about five months to reshape the curriculum, the training, and the experience that our enlisted Guardians are going to be challenged with.

We have to better prepare our enlisted force to not only be technically competent, but to be operationally and strategically relevant as well.”

Cantore and Pogue said that more would be rolled out in the coming months regarding initiatives for civilians and junior enlisted Guardians.

Col. Charlie Norsky, commander of STARCOM’s Space Delta 1, told a separate panel audience focused on family readiness for great power competition that integrating Guardian families goes beyond just understanding the Space Force or unit mission.

“Family readiness is mission readiness,” Norsky said. “We can’t do what we do on the mission side without making sure that we have our families not just on board or understanding, but truly as part of the team.”

Norsky elaborated on closer integration of families within units, taking steps to develop a local initiative that further develops family members.

“We want to formalize this so it’s not just pointing a family member or spouse toward a resource and say ‘go over there for this information,’” Norsky said.

“It’s… come over here, let’s talk about this, let’s work through this together, let us grow. And so this spouse development initiative is something that I think we’re really excited about being able to roll out.”

“The folks that are coming in today are going to be the squadron commanders in 15 years, they are going to be the SELs of our combat detachments and our combat squadrons that will be warfighting in 15 years.

Our civilians now that come in will be the senior future SES or NH force of the service, leading and directing activities for the service,” Cantore said.

“Every member of the Space Force is going to be a warfighter first.”

As The Heritage Foundation explained, “In short, the Pact for the Future is an overt effort by the secretary-general to affirm that the United Nations should be the primary venue for addressing international development, international peace and security, and emerging technologies and innovations under its global governance.”

Under its accurate definition, the Pact “is an unwise effort to bestow additional responsibilities on an organization that is unable to manage its current remit.”

In effect, supporting these efforts at the U.N. and the World Health Organization (WHO) is a vote to forfeit America’s sovereignty over its own affairs, experts say.

“The Biden-Harris administration,” Good added, “apparently intends to fully support the surrender and compliance of the U.S. to the U.N. in these endeavors.” The current administration is “aligned with the international globalists that hate America, that hate the Constitution, that hate our Founders,” and “our founding Judeo-Christian principals,” he added.

The House of Representatives passed the No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act (H.R. 1425) last week by a narrow 219-199 vote.

The bill, introduced by Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-Wis.), was “designed to protect the United States from globalist dictates and pandemic-style lockdowns” that the pact currently threatens America with.

But just how big is this threat? And why are so few Americans aware of it? According to Good, this pact could swing open the door for the U.N. and the WHO to have authority “to require such things as their international health regulations, including the surveillance of U.S. citizens, the censoring of dissenting views, and much more.”

Ultimately, he urged, “The American people didn’t vote for this, and they don’t support this,” which is why “it’s up to the people’s representatives … to expose” and “reject this.”

Speaking at the press conference, Rep. Ralph Norman (R-N.C.) stated that what happens during the Summit for the Future later this month when the pact is discussed involves the risk of ceding “America’s authority, America’s sovereignty, to … China.” He emphasized, “This is a top-line issue that America must be made aware of. …

The WHO needs to be defunded. … We need to do away with it.” And as the Sovereignty Coalition’s Frank Gaffney contended, “Make no mistake about it,” the “surrender of our sovereignty to global government” is “the agenda of the U.N. Summit of the Future.” It’s “unmistakably what they hope to put in train with their so-called Pact of the Future.”

What “is absolutely infuriating about all of this,” Gaffney continued, “is … [that] most people in the media, most people in government, certainly the vast majority of Americans, have no idea this is even going on.” To elaborate, Good shared in an exclusive comment to The Washington Stand how Americans are “not aware” for a number of reasons.

Secretary Kendall voices concerns to Congress about CR

Sept. 19, 2024

Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall, in a Sept. 18 letter to congressional leaders, itemized the significant challenges a continuing resolution of any length would pose to the Air Force and Space Force.

“A CR of any length impacts DAF readiness, hinders acceleration of the Space Force, delays military construction projects, reduces aircraft availability, and curbs modernization in our race for technological superiority,” Kendall said in his letter to the chairs and ranking members of the House and Senate Appropriations Committees.

“A CR also sets us back in meeting the pacing challenge presented by the People's Republic of China, which continues to invest heavily in capabilities designed to prevent the United States and its allies from projecting power in the Western Pacific,” the letter said.

The two-page letter offers specifics under the headings, Impacts to Personnel & Readiness, Impacts to Modernization, and Impacts to MILCON.

In those sections, Kendall said a temporary spending plan which in Congress is called a “continuing resolution,” degrades the Department’s efforts to improve housing, provide basic pay, meet recruiting goals and retain personnel.

The letter outlines how a CR would prevent the Department from spurring production increases for munition stockpiles and impede development of the B-21 bomber and modernizing the land-based nuclear deterrent, among other impacts to include halting Space Force development on launch and range test system software.

Kendall told the lawmakers that he is especially worried about the impact of a long-term CR.

“In the event of a year-long CR, four Air Force Operational Imperative initiatives would also experience delays, hindering the DAF's ability to close key capability gaps, accelerate development, and assure U.S. advantage against pacing challenges …,” he said.

Despite the concerns, Kendall said the Department was ready to work with Congress on completing work on a full and new budget for fiscal year 2025.

That fiscal year begins Oct. 1. “The DAF greatly values our partnership with Congress and appreciates your commitment to our Airmen and Guardians,” Kendall said.

Wireless technology causes infertility, cancer and DNA damage

He continued, “Over 230 scientists and researchers from 41 countries around the world have formally written to the United Nations their member nations and the World Health Organisation expressing their concern over their planned rollout of 5G technology.”

“I am not aware of a single study that shows that 5G technology is safe,” he said.

He explained that all wireless technology, including 5G, gives off RF radiation which is absorbed into and accumulates in the human body.

The owner of One Of Us Events wanted to create a lot of buzz for their 4th annual Halloween party ‘Moonlanding.’

The company created AI Generated UFO videos to appear all over Tampa to entertain everyone and get people talking about their Halloween party.

It did the job because they were able to reach1 million impressions.

It went viral and spread across multiple social media platforms hitting the mark on the topical issue of aliens invading the Tampa Bay area.
