FBI Raids Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing Headquarters in Indiana

by Jim Hᴏft Sep. 19, 2024 1:20 pm

The FBI conducted a raid on the Rahal Letterman Lanigan (RLL) Racing headquarters in Zionsville, Indiana, early Wednesday morning.

The renowned facility, owned by former Indy 500 champion Bobby Rahal, television icon David Letterman, and entrepreneur Mike Lanigan, became the center of an active federal investigation.

Federal agents, in coordination with Zionsville police, arrived at the state-of-the-art 100,000-square-foot facility located at 10771 Creek Way.

Kurt Darling of 93 WIBC Indianapolis reported that the FBI instructed all employees to cease activity on their electronic devices, gather their belongings, and leave the premises.

The nature of the investigation remains unclear, with no arrests made and authorities assuring the public there is no immediate threat.

Zionsville Mayor John Stehr disclosed that the FBI had requested assistance from local police during the operation but refrained from divulging specific details about the investigation, according to Fox 59.

Police stated that they were not provided with any details regarding the operation and were only tasked with providing external security for the building.

“The FBI asked us to assist this morning as they served a warrant at the (Rahal Letterman Lanigan) headquarters building,” Stehr said.

“Our officers stayed outside as the FBI agents entered the building.”

Kathi Lauterbach, vice president of communications for RLL Racing, issued a statement confirming the team’s full cooperation with investigators but emphasized that due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, they are limited in what they can disclose.

“We are cooperating fully with investigators. Given that this is an ongoing investigation, we are limited in what information we can share right now, but we intend to provide additional information as soon as we can,” Lauterbach said.

At this time, insufficient information has been made available.

FCC Commissioner Slams Kamala Harris’s $42 Billion Broadband Initiative: ‘Not One Person, Home, or Business Connected in 3 Years!’

Federal Communications Commissioner Brendan Carr slams Kamala Harris’s $42 billion broadband initiative, calling it a colossal failure in a scathing testimony before the House Oversight and Accountability Committee on Thursday.

Carr, the senior Republican on the Federal Communications Commission, didn’t hold back, accusing the regime of prioritizing political agendas over practical solutions for millions of Americans still lacking access to high-speed internet.

“It’s been 1,039 days since Vice President Harris agreed to spearhead this massive program, yet not a single person has been connected to the internet. Not one home. Not one business. Not even a shovel has hit the ground,” Carr declared in his opening statement.

“It gets worse—no infrastructure builds will even start until sometime next year at the earliest, and in many cases, not until 2026. This makes Vice President Harris’s $42 billion initiative the slowest-moving federal broadband deployment program in recent history.”

The program, known as BEED (Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment), was designed to extend internet access to millions of Americans in rural and underserved communities.

But according to Carr, the initiative has been bogged down by bureaucratic mismanagement and a focus on advancing a “wish list of progressive policy goals” rather than delivering on its core mission.

“The $42 billion program led by Vice President Harris is being used to push a climate change agenda, DEI requirements, price controls, preferences for government-run networks, and rules that will lead to wasteful overbuilding. All of this will leave rural communities behind,” he said.

The FCC commissioner pointed to the Biden administration’s broader failure to support rural America, citing the revocation of Starlink’s commitment to provide internet to over 640,000 homes and businesses.

“Frankly, it would not be the only time the Biden-Harris administration has left rural America behind. In 2020, the SEC secured a commitment from Starlink to provide Internet to 640,000 homes and businesses for about $1,300 per location in federal support.”

“But the government revoked that award last year after President Biden gave agencies the green light to go after Musk. The administration is now spending dollars on the penny to connect locations through its own initiatives. Senator Cruz released a report identifying entire projects where the administration is now spending over $100,000 per location for Internet.”

The hearing served as a stark indictment of Vice President Harris’s leadership on the issue, with Carr calling for a complete overhaul of the broadband initiative.

“Absent major reforms, Vice President Harris’s $42 billion program is wired to fail. It’s time to correct course, get rid of all the extraneous political goals, and focus on quickly connecting Americans,” Carr concluded.

BREAKING NEWS: Diddy Has Gay Rape Tapes Of Teen Bieber, Have Been Shopped Around Hollywood

Diddy's debauched life of threesomes and unspeakable violence exposed in gory tell-all book from Kim Porter, the dead mother of his sons

A new book accuses Sean 'Diddy' Combs of assaulting his late girlfriend, taping himself having sex with a male teenage popstar, and sex parties with an Oscar winner and his wife.

The 60-page book, Kim's Lost Words, claims to be a collection of the diaries of Kim Porter, the mother of three of his children who died of pneumonia in 2018, leaked by her friends.

It describes Combs's colorful love life from the 1990s through Porter's final year, including alleged philandering with both male and female top musicians and rappers, and debauched orgies at his home, in which Porter took part.

The book was published on September 6, just days before the rapper and Bad Boy Records founder was indicted for racketeering and sex trafficking by federal prosecutors in New York.

In the book, Porter recounts discovering and making copies of tapes Diddy made of himself having sex with 'young boys' he was managing, including an alleged tape involving an 18-year-old popstar who went on to be a household name.

The final entry of the memoir has Porter falling fatefully ill, dramatically texting her friends 'he got me', and then calling 911.

The book's Los Angeles-based publisher, producer Chris Todd, claims Porter shared a thumb drive of her writing with close friends which he obtained and lightly edited into a book under the pseudonym Jamal T Millwood.

The book is marked as being printed in Las Vegas on September 7, 2024.

Todd has not offered any documentary evidence to prove its authenticity – but put hard copies up for sale on Amazon.

'I was lucky enough to meet someone that purported to have Kim Porter's flash drive,' he told DailyMail.com.

'I know the celebrity source pretty well. I know how close they were to Kim and Diddy, and all the people in the hip hop community.

'This was supposedly for Kim Porter from the grave, to come forward and tell her story.'

Porter applied make-up to try to hide the injuries Diddy inflicted on her, but couldn't hide the hideously swollen lips

Todd said he did not originally want to put his name on the book for security reasons.

'This is a dangerous situation, and I didn’t want to claim ownership of Kim’s words. But now I’m willing to come forward because of the recent arrest of Sean Combs.

‘Now the federal government has finally acted, I feel safer to come forward.’

Details of some of the scandals alleged in the book have already been reported. Diddy allegedly took out a gun and started shooting at a nightclub in 1999, then made a rapper on his label, Shyne, take the fall for him.

Combs and then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez were arrested over the incident, but only Shyne was charged – though rumors of Combs's responsibility have swirled ever since.

Other incidents have been flat-out denied by the alleged participants, including star-studded orgies.

'He hosted parties that were just a fancy name of orgies, and everyone wanted in,' the Porter memoir claimed.

'We not only had threesomes, but we also swapped partners. Our sex life was crazy, but I got to do things with Sean I would never have been able to do with a straight man.

She said she was sleeping with a well-known married woman: 'I woke up and left the bedroom where I was,… and Sean happened to be coming out of the bedroom' with a chart-topping rapper – and the woman's husband.'

Yes he will lose it all

Diddy Faces Massive Asset Forfeiture: Hundreds of Millions of Dollars In Property and Cash on the Chopping Block In Ongoing Legal Battle

Sean “Diddy” Combs, once hailed as one of hip-hop’s wealthiest moguls, now faces an uncertain future as his assets, worth hundreds of millions of dollars, could be seized due to a mounting legal crisis. With charges ranging from racketeering to sex trafficking, Diddy’s extravagant lifestyle and vast fortune are at risk as prosecutors seek to dismantle what they allege to be a criminal empire operating under the guise of his business ventures.

As the legal battle escalates, prosecutors are eyeing Diddy’s vast array of assets, which could potentially be forfeited if he is convicted. If convicted, these assets, along with his luxury homes, vehicles, and cash reserves, may be seized by the government as part of the forfeiture process.

Diddy’s business ventures have taken a hit. Revolt TV, the media platform he founded, was sold to new owners earlier this year following the scandal. Additionally, his e-commerce platform, Empower Global, which supported Black-owned businesses, has seen over 18 companies sever ties due to the allegations.

According to Variety, Hulu canceled a reality series featuring Diddy and his seven children following the lawsuits filed against him in December 2023. The show, tentatively titled “Diddy+7,” was set to be produced by James Corden’s Fulwell 73. In January, Bloomberg reported that Salxco, the agency formerly managing Diddy as an artist, had removed him from its website.

Capital Preparatory Harlem, the public, tuition-free charter school co-founded by Diddy, severed its ties with him in November 2023

Why Israel hit Hezbollah with a surprise device attack — and here’s what comes next

he Israeli intelligence operation against Hezbollah, which saw thousands of booby-trapped pagers, walkie-talkies and other electronic devices exploding by remote control, will significantly damage the ability of the Lebanese terror group to fight against Israel, experts told The Post.

But the question remains: Why would Israel order the blasts now?

One answer could lie in the north of the Jewish state, where Hezbollah has been launching near-daily airstrikes — starting almost immediately after Hamas’ horrific Oct. 7 attack on Israeli civilians, said Nicolas Carl, research manager for the American Enterprise Institute’s Critical Threats Project.

“Israeli senior political and military leaders have been very clear in this time that they see the security situation along their northern border as unsustainable,” Carl told The Post.

Looking north

As the war on Hamas in Gaza reaches its one-year mark, the Israel Defense Forces aims to push Hamas’ larger, more powerful allied organization in Lebanon away from its northern border, Carl said.

Dan Bongino Issues Chilling Warning to America

“Donald Trump's not going to make it to Inauguration Day with this current regime in charge of the Secret Service.”

As a 12-year Secret Service veteran, @dbongino

knows what he's talking about.

He warns, “Clearly, their [management's] decisions are not working because Donald Trump's almost been k*lled now twice in two months!”

Bongino makes it clear that the problem isn't with the entire Secret Service but with the leadership at the top.

He says to them: “How must you feel being a Secret Service manager, knowing your poor decisions have likely contributed to an altered, like, branching off in time into a different reality than would have been if you hadn't screwed up?”

Bongino continued. “They cannot seem to [protect] Donald Trump, who was elected president in 2016, therefore, has protection, is the most threatened man on earth, and they cannot seem to protect this guy. How much failure are you willing to accept from this entity?!”
