Trying to find good sauce on the picture, but is that RAY CHANDLER along with Aaliyah, Diddy and J-Lo?

From the searches it appears to be his July 4th, 2000 party – but I can't find one that has this exact image.

So - we already knew she was connected to Diddy – but she seems to be present where the Diddy/Epstein business model is in place. Was she sent by Epstein or recruited by Diddy as a consultant?? How many other such enterprises is she connected to??
