the "placeholders" are obviously there, because QMap and QProofs threads were combined, because "anons" complained that there were so many sticky threads.
And of course anons can't edit posts, so for QMap, which comes first, anons can't add images, because to do so they would have to edit posts.
re; QNao; and anon could post new QMap in here, and a BV or BO can then verify it and upload it to the thread.
One could do the same for QProofs, because if that thread is opened, the CP spam bot will post into that thread, and I don't know if other spammers will spam that thread too. That was the reason why it was originally locked.
For QProofs at least the 6:11 gun shot QProof could be uploaded. I don't know if there are any more definitive ones.
please keep in mind that that thread is mirror'd on >>>/qnotables/ and on >>>/qnotables/ it's 2 threads, which have to get updated too.
Those won't get unlocked in any case, because qnotables is locked down.
