About 99% of the threads created are shill threads. Others are on topics that can better be covered by an existing thread or are more like an archive for an individual or place to meet for a special interest group (better to put on a board like /comms). Any thread that's created on /qr needs to be maintained by the creator(s) and protected by admins from CP, spam, etc, since this board is always under attack.
Please describe the thread you want to create and why you think it belongs here.
Don't recall much about original version of bakers tools, just the lite version, because it just shows the essentials, especially when and where Q posts.
