Elon Musk issued a stark warning about the impending fall of our once-great nation on Friday, comparing America to the Roman Empire, in response to Democrats’ new policies of hiring noncitizens to serve in the police force.

On average, empires only survive 250 years before collapse. By this standard, with America being 248 years old, we have less than two years left. With World War III at our doorstep, it sure appears the end may be near.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Minneapolis Police Department swore in its first noncitizen officer as well as its first Somali female officer.

The noncitizen, AKA illegal alien who was sworn in as an officer, is Lesly Vera, a Mexican immigrant. What could go wrong?

The left is going to be quite conflicted if the new officer shoots a black suspect. Do they support the non-American officer or riot against the police in this hypothetical? It can be recalled that Minneapolis is the same city where violent leftwing rioters burned down a police station after George Floyd died in police custody of a fentanyl overdose.

Rep. Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ), has introduced H.R. 9828, the End the Vaccine Carveout Act.

This legislation seeks to strip vaccine manufacturers of the immunity they have enjoyed for decades, leaving countless victims of vaccine injuries without legal recourse.

Gosar’s proposal is a monumental step in addressing the unfair protections afforded to pharmaceutical giants, who have raked in billions while hiding behind legal shields.

Big Pharma has used legal strategies to reduce its liability in court. ​One such strategy is utilizing the PREP Act, which shields biopharmaceutical companies from lawsuits related to products used in public health emergencies, including vaccines.

The PREP Act, passed in 2005, grants pharmaceutical companies immunity from lawsuits for products used to combat public health emergencies.

This Act has been utilized to shield companies like Pfizer and Moderna from legal liability for any unintentional issues arising from their COVID-19 vaccines.

Another one is the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986, which established a no-fault system in the U.S. to compensate individuals for injuries caused by vaccines while also shielding pharmaceutical companies from most lawsuits related to vaccine injuries.

This act aimed to stabilize the vaccine supply and encourage the development of new vaccines.

“Under current law, it is nearly impossible to hold vaccine manufacturers liable for injuries caused by vaccines due to a 1986 law that unfairly created a special immunity carveout for Big Pharma, making it very difficult for vaccine-injured victims to win in a court of law,” said Rep. Gosar.

“My legislation strips away current immunity provisions unfairly shielding Big Pharma from the harms caused by their products and allows those injured by vaccines to pursue a civil lawsuit in state or federal court. The British House of Lords has published a report claiming that military recruitment is dangerously low and the country's combat readiness is at risk. They say the civilian population 'must be ready to fight' (a clear reference to military conscription) should war with Russia be triggered.

The paper, titled 'Ukraine: A Wake-Up Call', admits to weaknesses in NATO's assumptions on "deterrence", though it seems to pretend as if Ukraine is part of NATO when it's not. Chaired by Lord de Mauley, the committee launched the inquiry in February 2024, two years after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, with the goal of assessing the conflict’s implications for UK defence policy.

"…We identified two key lessons. First, our deterrence strategy towards Russia clearly failed. If we are to restore the credibility of NATO’s nuclear and conventional deterrence posture towards Putin, we must develop a clearer understanding of the reasons for this failure."

England’s Chief Medical Officer testified before the (token and pointless) Covid Inquiry earlier today, claiming he feared the government “overdid it” when talking up the dangers of Covid.

No kidding, Chris.

The Telegraph reports [emphasis added]:

The Government potentially overstated the danger of Covid to the public at the start of the pandemic, Prof Sir Chris Whitty has admitted.

The Chief Medical Officer told the Covid Inquiry he still worries about whether the Government got “the level of concern” right as it introduced lockdowns and shielding measures.

Sir Chris said it was a difficult balance and if anything it was possible that authorities “overdid it” when communicating how dangerous the virus was at the beginning of the pandemic.

Of course, this is all very British understatement combined with “official inquiry dilution”, which automatically transforms “I know we did X” into “I fear we may have done X by accident“.

Whitty doesn’t “think they potentially overstated the danger”, he knows they definitely did. We all do, it’s been pretty much proven.

“Covid” was a tapestry of lies, and a tangle of deliberately inflated statistics created specifically to enable those lies.

The NDP reactivated its TikTok account earlier this year, ignoring warnings that the app poses major security and privacy threats, as well as it being banned from all government-issued phones.

The NDP argues that it made the necessary security measures to safely insulate itself from such breaches from TikTok a platform that Public Safety Canada said poses high levels of risk to the security and privacy of Canadians.

The Chinese social media app is a video-sharing social networking service owned by ByteDance, a Beijing-based Internet technology company that was founded in 2012.

“The decision to remove and block TikTok from government mobile devices is being taken as a precaution, particularly given concerns about the legal regime that governs the information collected from mobile devices, and is in line with the approach of our international partners,” reads a statement from Public Safety Canada from July 2023.

An NDP MP has put forward a private member’s bill which seeks to criminalize “residential school denialism,” serving up to two years imprisonment for those found guilty of violating the law.

The NDP MP for Winnipeg Centre, Leah Gazan, introduced Bill C-413, “An Act to amend the Criminal Code, promotion of hatred against Indigenous peoples”, which passed its first reading in the House of Commons on Thursday.

The Bill says that anyone who “ by communicating statements, other than in private conversation, wilfully promotes hatred against Indigenous peoples by condoning, denying, downplaying or justifying the Indian residential school system in Canada or by misrepresenting facts relating to it is guilty of an of an indictable offence.”

The guilty individual would be liable for up to two years of imprisonment or “is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.”

Gazan said when introducing the legislation in parliament that the bill would tackle “calling irrefutable historical facts into question, a genocidal project,” as it was recognized unanimously in the House of Commons. She said the bill was a “gift” to the Indigenous community in Canada as it would protect Indigenous families from “violent hate” and criminalize anyone who might deny their testimony. Continue…

A Conservative MP’s call for a Parliamentary committee to study the nearly $50 billion in taxpayer money that has gone into the electric vehicle industry in the form of government subsidies was voted down on Thursday,

Conservative MP Rick Perkins, who represents South Shore—St. Margarets, NS, requested that the Standing Committee on Industry and Technology study the billions given to automakers in the EV industry as it continues to move away from EV manufacturing, instead returning to fossil-fuel powered vehicles.

The three key reasons Perkins addressed in his call for the study were firstly that the Northvolt $7 billion dollar EV battery power plant in Montreal, Que. delayed construction of its plant for upwards of a year while it undergoes a strategic review of its future operations, despite receiving $7.2 billion dollars worth of taxpayer money.

Secondly, Umicor’s $2.7 billion dollar EV factory component plant in Kingston, Ont. has also halted construction, despite receiving taxpayer subsidies.

Thirdly, Ford’s $1.8 billion EV expansion in Oakville, Ont. being scrapped and retooled to make gasoline pickups, despite receiving $590 million dollars worth of taxpayer subsidies.

“Given that the government of Canada has invested upwards of $50 billion dollars towards the creation of an EV battery ecosystem in Canada and has mandated that all automobile sales in Canada be zero emitting by 2035,” said Perkins, before asking that the committee “agree to conduct a four meeting study beginning in the first week of November to review the feasibility of the government’s EV strategy.” Continue…

The capsule rocketed into orbit to fetch the test pilots whose Boeing spacecraft returned to Earth empty earlier this month because of safety concerns. The switch in rides left it to NASA’s Nick Hague and Russia’s Alexander Gorbunov to retrieve Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams.

Because NASA rotates space station crews approximately every six months, this newly launched flight with two empty seats reserved for Wilmore and Williams won’t return until late February.
