President Trump: I will support universal school choice, and I believe the Lifeline Scholarship Bill would be a great start for those students trapped in the worst performing schools in Pennsylvania…it would provide financial assistance to empower parents to take their childredn out of a failing school, and send them to a public, private, religious, or charter school, that's really right for them.
