At the root of many of America's problems is diet. After just a month on the road in the States last year, I could feel that I wasn't myself.

 

When you have crazy high amounts of corn syrup, salt & fat added to your diet I can say from experience you start to feel crazy. Access to healthy food is not easily accessible & expensive.
