When i was a kid in the early 70's living in SE KY, WLOS was one of the 10 or so TV channels we received. It was channel 13 then.
local authorities won't allow private pilots to assist. been threatening them with arrest and jail for interfering with their operations.
we actually had cable. could never been able to receive a station with an antenna there. too many mountains. we had 13 channels but only about 9 or 10 of them actually broadcast a station.
