Received the 48-page Consensus Bureau American Community Survey a bit ago. It's been sitting at the bottom of the pile of "things I'm not doing now". Just received a reminder that if I have not filled out, do so now! The notice went on to say that I am compelled by law to fill it out. What is the penalty for not doing so? I am inclined to just teat it upo and throw it away. Thank you in advance.
