Did NC State police just issue a warning to FEMA that they will arrest any agent of FEMA trying to prevent aid or rescues?
I called Ashville Police and spoke with a Sgt Fhope and told them that people were being threatened for helping and FEMA is stopping people from contributing, and that the NG is still waiting on the Governor's orders and told them anyone civilian or military can help out under the Good Samaritan Laws and no one can stop them by Federal Law. He stated no one was arrest. I told him to get that message out to all Police Chiefs and told him I quoted this on 911 when I volunteered after having guns pointed at me. He said he'd get the message out, so in reality, you can make a citizens arrest on someone who prevents you from working legally.
