Nearby Fort Bragg (Liberty) has DOZENS of helicopters, field hospitals, water trucks, etc ready for humanitarian relief but the Pentagon hasn’t told them to go help.

The arrogance and lack of compassion for Americans, while using taxpayer dollars to help Lebanon for many of the same reasons while denying those in parts of North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee is just another level.

Greenville, North Carolina “FEMA has shut down all the local donation operations that were going on and delivering supplies”

 

“Now they're saying that they're not allowed to deliver any more supplies anymore”

 

“So to everybody that heard about all the supplies and planes that were coming from downtown Greenville Airport and flying up to North Carolina to deliver supplies, uh, water, whatever anybody was donating and people were needing as being sent up there.

 

Well, today, it's awfully quiet. And we see these helicopters lined up, and they have a booth set up here and everything. Turns out that's FEMA. FEMA has shut down all the local donation operations that were going on and delivering supplies.

 

And now they're saying that they're not allowed to deliver any more supplies anymore. So all these people are unfortunately, have all these supplies, but cannot take it up there. So that's our government for you. Oh, and another thing, those helicopters that have been sitting there, I've been sitting there since this morning. Haven't seen a single movement.

Did NC State police just issue a warning to FEMA that they will arrest any agent of FEMA trying to prevent aid or rescues?

 

I called Ashville Police and spoke with a Sgt Fhope and told them that people were being threatened for helping and FEMA is stopping people from contributing, and that the NG is still waiting on the Governor's orders and told them anyone civilian or military can help out under the Good Samaritan Laws and no one can stop them by Federal Law. He stated no one was arrest. I told him to get that message out to all Police Chiefs and told him I quoted this on 911 when I volunteered after having guns pointed at me. He said he'd get the message out, so in reality, you can make a citizens arrest on someone who prevents you from working legally.

Operation North Star, a Deep State Deception to Make Harris Appear Tough on Crime

 

The Department of Injustice said Tuesday it had completed a nationwide campaign, dubbed Operation North Star, to apprehend more than 3,400 violent fugitives wanted on murder, rape, and robbery charges. The timing of the announcement seemed politically motivated, as the Deep State looks to portray its presidential candidate, Kamala Harris, as tough on crime, contrary to her history of paroling and freeing vicious felons during her tenure as the attorney general of California.

 

Evidence obtained by White Hats and reviewed by Real Raw News shows that Harris has not changed her tune and that the so-called DOJ dragnet was a work of fiction, an illusion to garner last-minute support from handfuls of yet undecided independent voters.

 

The U.S. Marshals Service launched Operation North Star in May, saying the agency would target fugitives in 10 metropolitan areas and prioritize those who had used firearms in the commission of a crime. North Star began in earnest, and the Marshals did affect dozens of arrests in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Dayton, Ohio; and Chicago, Illinois. Dozens, though, are vastly different from the 3,400 claimed by DOJ.

 

According to U.S. Marshals Service internal memorandums that White Hats acquired through federal 5th Columnists, North Star began collapsing almost as quickly as it had begun, primarily due to alleged budget constraints. Compared to other federal entities replete with financial bloat, the USMS receives a pittance—approximately $4 million annually to fund operations and pay personnel (94 U.S. marshals, one for each federal court district, and 3,858 deputy U.S. marshals and criminal investigators.) On June 15, only a month after North Star launched, the Service’s dishonorable director, Ronald L. Davis, a Biden DEI appointee, instructed offices in Dallas, Little Rock, and St. Louis to suspend North Star until further notice.

 

The irregular, startling directive mystified the honest, hard-working leads in the abovenamed offices, and they asked Davis for an explanation. Documents show that his answer was that he had mistakenly underfunded North Star and had to reassess whether the Service could fulfill the arrest quota. Then, in early July, Davis expanded the moratorium to include all states where North Star had been active.

 

Documents show that a dozen U.S. Marshals, believing North Star had been fully funded in advance, protested the shutdown and pressed Davis to reconsider. But he refused, saying he, too, must follow orders, and that his originated at “the top of the food chain.” At the time, North Star had netted only 64 fugitives; however, Davis had sent a letter to DHS Procurement Officer Paul Courtney claiming North Star had thus far resulted in the arrest of 1,271 violent fugitives. That he lied to Courtney suggests that Courtney was not party to the deception, though that remains unclear as of this writing.

 

Despite Davis indefinitely suspending North Star, U.S. Marshals Michael O’Conner of the Southern District of Texas and Jesse Seroyer Jr. of the Middle District of Alabama ignored the suspension order and continued pursuing fugitives in their respective districts, yielding an added 71 arrests. Unsurprisingly, Davis quickly discovered they were disobeying his edict, and he censured them and vowed to either replace them or bring them before Biden to explain themselves unless they immediately halted North Star operations.

 

By August North Star was completely idle. Its results: 291 arrests.

 

On August 27, Davis updated the U.S. Marshal’s website to reflect his version of the truth: the ongoing North Star sweep had successfully captured two-thirds of 3,400 irredeemable criminals, an irrefutable falsehood.

 

Two days later, on August 29, Davis was contacted by Cedric Richmond, a Kamala Harris campaign spokesperson, attorney, and senior advisor to the Democratic National Committee.

 

“At the beginning of October we need you to announce that Operation North Star was a fantastic success and that that U.S. Marshal’s Service captured every fugitive on the list. It’s imperative Americans believe future President Harris is pro-law enforcement and hard on criminals,” Richmond told Davis, according to U.S. Army Cyber Command sources who had intercepted the conversation.

 

Harris’ wish was granted Tuesday. Davis had proudly declared North Star an astonishing success.

 

“Their only success is success at deceiving,” an ARCYBER source told RRN. “What they haven’t said is that over 200 deputy marshals have resigned over this. It was all another October surprise to make Harris look like something she isn’t.”

Learn the law, FEMA cannot make contracts for $750 and make them repayable, that is illegal. Those are Federal Taxpayer dollars and insurance in such times of crisis. Understand the law. Contract law cannot have dual agencies. United States Provides Humanitarian Assistance in Response to the Escalating Crisis in Lebanon

OCTOBER 4, 2024

 

The United States will provide nearly $157 million in new U.S. humanitarian assistance to support populations affected by conflict in Lebanon and the region. This funding will address new and existing needs of internally displaced persons and refugee populations inside Lebanon and the communities that host them. The assistance will also support those fleeing to neighboring Syria.

 

This life-saving assistance from the American people includes nearly $82 million immediately available through the Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration and $75 million through the United States Agency for International Development’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance. Of this total, USAID has already deployed $11.5 million, and working with Congress plans to make another $63.5 million available in the coming weeks, to ensure that vital humanitarian assistance can continue to reach the most vulnerable communities in need. This emergency food, shelter, blankets, hygiene kits, protection, water, and sanitation assistance will be a critical lifeline for those who have endured unimaginable hardships.

 

The United States provided nearly $386 million over the last year to support vulnerable populations in Lebanon and Syria impacted by the increase in conflict. This new humanitarian assistance comes at a time of devastating humanitarian crisis for Lebanon, with more than a million people displaced from their homes. The United States is committed to helping those most vulnerable in Lebanon and throughout the region. We urge other donors to join us in stepping up to contribute to these new humanitarian needs.

Judge Tanya Chutkan — who suddenly claims not to care about the impending election despite her earlier efforts to expedite the case to get it in before the very same election, which got her reversed and chastised by the Supreme Court — duly complied with Smith’s wishes, redacted out a few obvious names (who ever might “Arizona Governor [Redacted P-16]” be?), and made the rest public.

 

There are two headlines here. The immediate takeaway lies in the revelations contained in Smith’s oversize brief. (He asked the judge for, and received, permission to file a brief that was 180 pages long, four times the normal maximum.) We now have damning new details on Trump’s effort to pressure Vice-President Mike Pence to throw the election his way, Trump’s phone use and use of Twitter as the riot unfolded, and his conversations with family members about efforts to contest his electoral loss. The story’s structure is the same as we’ve long known, but the new details lend depth and dimension.

 

The larger, if less obvious, headline is that Smith has essentially abandoned any pretense; he’ll bend any rule, switch up on any practice — so long as he gets to chip away at Trump’s electoral prospects. At this point, there’s simply no defending Smith’s conduct on any sort of principled or institutional basis. “But we need to know this stuff before we vote!” is a nice bumper sticker, but it’s neither a response to nor an excuse for Smith’s unprincipled, norm-breaking practice. (It also overlooks the fact that the Justice Department bears responsibility for taking over two and a half years to indict in the first place.)

Let’s go through the problems with what Smith has done here.

 

First, this is backward. The way motions work — under the federal rules, and consistent with common sense — is that the prosecutor files an indictment; the defense makes motions (to dismiss charges, to suppress evidence, or what have you); and then the prosecution responds to those motions. Makes sense, right? It’s worked for hundreds of years in our courts.

 

Not here. Not when there’s an election right around the corner and dwindling opportunity to make a dent. So Smith turned the well-established, thoroughly uncontroversial rules of criminal procedure on their head and asked Judge Chutkan for permission to file first — even with no actual defense motion pending. Trump’s team objected, and the judge acknowledged that Smith’s request to file first was “procedurally irregular” — moments before she ruled in Smith’s favor, as she’s done at virtually every consequential turn.

 

Which brings us to the second point: Smith’s proactive filing is prejudicial to Trump, legally and politically. It’s ironic. Smith has complained throughout the case that Trump’s words might taint the jury pool. Accordingly, the special counsel requested a gag order that was so preposterously broad that even Judge Chutkan slimmed it down considerably (and the Court of Appeals narrowed it further after that).

 

Yet Smith now uses grand-jury testimony (which ordinarily remains secret at this stage) and drafts up a tidy 165-page document that contains all manner of damaging statements about a criminal defendant, made outside of a trial setting and without being subjected to the rules of evidence or cross-examination, and files it publicly, generating national headlines. You know who’ll see those allegations? The voters, sure — and also members of the jury pool.

 

And that brings us to our final point: Smith’s conduct here violates core DOJ principle and policy. The Justice Manual — DOJ’s internal bible, essentially — contains a section titled “Actions That May Have an Impact on the Election.” Now: Does Smith’s filing qualify? May it have an impact on the election? Of course. So what does the rule tell us? “Federal prosecutors … may never select the timing of any action, including investigative steps, criminal charges, or statements, for the purpose of affecting any election.”

 

Remember, Smith begged the judge to flip the rules on their head so he could file this document first, and quickly — “any action,” by any reasonable definition — with the election right around the corner. Anyone who objected to James Comey’s outrageous announcements about the Hillary Clinton email investigation on the eve of the 2016 election should feel the same about Smith’s conduct now. What’s the distinction? Both violated ordinary procedure to take public steps, shortly before an election, that plainly would have an impact on that election.

 

I’m going to hand this one over to one of DOJ’s most esteemed alums, who explained it this way to the Justice Department’s internal watchdog: “To me if it [an election] were 90 days off, and you think it has a significant chance of impacting an election, unless there’s a reason you need to take that action now, you don’t do it.”

 

Those words were spoken by Sally Yates — former deputy attorney general, venerated career prosecutor, no fan of Trump (who unceremoniously fired her in 2017), and liberal folk hero. As usual, Yates is spot on. And her explanation conveys this indelible truth: If prosecutors bend their principles depending on the identity of their prey, then they’ve got no principles at all.

The command originated in 1950, when the U.S. Army developed the Psychological Warfare (PSYWAR) Division of the Army General School at Fort Riley, Kansas. The U.S. Army Psychological Warfare Center and School, which included operational tactical units and a school under the same umbrella, moved to Fort Bragg in 1952. The center was proposed by the Army's then-Psychological Warfare Chief, Robert A. McClure, to provide doctrinal support and training for both psychological and unconventional warfare.[4]

 

In 1956, the PSYWAR Center and School was renamed the U.S. Army Center for Special Warfare/U.S. Army Special Warfare School. The school was tasked with developing the doctrine, techniques, training, and education of Special Forces and Psychological Operations personnel. In 1960, the school's responsibilities expanded to counterinsurgency operations. In 1962, the Special Warfare Center established a Special Forces Training Group to train enlisted volunteers for operational assignments within Special Forces units. The Advanced Training Committee was formed to explore and develop methods of infiltration and exfiltration. On 16 May 1969, the school was renamed the U.S. Army Institute for Military Assistance. The curriculum was expanded to provide training in high-altitude, low-opening (HALO) parachuting and SCUBA operations. The institute comprised the SF School, Psychological Operations, Military Assistance Training Advisors School, Counter-Insurgency School, Unconventional Warfare School and Department of Non-Resident Training.

 

On 1 April 1972, the U.S. Army Civil Affairs School was transferred from Fort Gordon, Georgia to Fort Bragg, to begin operating under the center's umbrella. In 1973, the center was assigned to the new U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). On 1 June 1982, the Chief of Staff of the Army approved the separation of the center as an independent TRADOC activity under the name U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center (SWC). The SWC integrated special operations into the Army systems, training and operations, becoming the proponent school for Army Special Operations Forces.

 

In 1985, SWC was recognized as the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (SWCS). The major change at this time was the establishment of six training departments: Special Forces; Special Operations Advanced Skills; Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape; Foreign Area Officer; Civil Affairs; and Psychological Operations. A few years later, the Noncommissioned Officer Academy was instituted. On 20 June 1990, SWCS was reassigned from TRADOC to the U.S. Army Special Operations Command. This designation gave the U.S. Army Special Operations Command control of all components of SOF, with the exception of forward-deployed units.[5]

 

Overview

 

The U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (SWCS) at Fort Liberty, N.C. manages and resources training, education and growth for Soldiers in the Army's special-operations branches.

 

Approximately 3,100 students are enrolled in SWCS training programs at any given time. SWCS also maintains the Special Forces Warrant Officer Institute and the David K. Thuma Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Academy. While most courses are conducted at Fort Liberty, SWCS also has facilities and relationships with outside institutions.

 

SWCS offers 41 different courses, including courses for Civil Affairs, Psychological Operations, Special Forces and Cultural Support. anon was born and raised in KY. there are so many good bourbons and i've tried a lot of them. some are outrageously priced but they are worth it if you can afford it. i've always believed the best, mostly affordable, mass produced, true bourbon whisky was maker's mark.

kek. a few years ago, my elderly mother and my wife took a tour of the woodford reserve distillery near versailles. very nice tour. they even gave us a shot of 3 different bourbons they poured as a taste test. mom passed not long after that so i'll never forget that little trip.

This whistleblower seems like he is a goid guy he's warning the people if they take the FEMA in the contract in tiny writing that if the people don't pay it back even if its a dollar they will seize your property. But….?

 

• Which begs the question, they must have seized homes and lands for 30+ years, so why did they run out of money?

 

• And why can an agency seize your property since they were funded by our taxes?

 

• This is now outrageous, if true or is this inspector trying to scare the people not to take the money so FEMA can retain it?

 

• Is this a real whistleblower or us he trying to shut people up and not take the money? Obviously FEMA would have a voice print and know who he is. Why didn't he try to disguise his voice?
