WTP need to kick FEMA out. If no one is getting the $750 then it makes no sense for them to be there and stifle us.
Learn the law, FEMA cannot make contracts for $750 and make them repayable, that is illegal. Those are Federal Taxpayer dollars and insurance in such times of crisis. It is not their money to make a profit nor to grab land. That is called "Dual Agency". Either they represent the taxpayer or some other entity. Where did they get the money from? Taxpayers? Then it does not have to be repaid.
