Blackanon & Operator1 last night observed crews in full hazmat attire, taking garbage bags of soaking wet debris, picking through the contents, removing small pieces of metallic material and testing of that material. The hazmat crew was testing by placing the metallic bits into test tubes of liquid, then shaking the tubes to check for color change in the liquid.
