Kind of an ignorant statement in light of things. Did little good to have stockpiles of food/water firearms/ammunition then the storm ganked it from out beneath them. How does one prepare for that? Just a couple days supply and a sidearm is usually more than the average person can manage to carry less in a hurry running from a tidal wave. You either grab a u-haul and leave everytime or you roll the dice based of past experiences. An engineered storm negates the later.
