I haven't listened to this yet, but I did listen to the Sheriff's press conference. What gave it away for me was that the media's questions sounded like they were upset that this guy was caught. That is very suspect. Why would they care, esp. IF he's really supposedly right wing. They should have been thrilled shouldn't they???

The potential crime of a presidential assassination is a FEDERAL crime. So the Sheriff's office can't really bring charges against that. That's why the FBLie is now looking into it.
All the Sheriff had a legal right to do was charge him on the gun charges.
