the way i see that filing being a pos is that it may give a election case standing since it was done before the election given fraud is caught again and proven
then the case will go to trial
i see one of 2 things
they steal it but proper channels have been followed beforehand and public opinion shifted enough to allow actual court cases to be heard and ends up overturned due to their fraud
they're not able to steal and trump wins by sheer numbers but their fraud is caught anyway and still goes to court
